It was my first time staying at this hotel and I had a wonderful time. The service from all the staff was fantastic, the entertainment team offered something for all ages: a truly peaceful, fun, and relaxing holiday. Until next time, Egypt!

Had a fantastic time here my girlfriend and I stayed for 2 weeks and not one bad word to say about hotel or magic life staff they made every moment matter. Our room cleaner Mohamed morsi was amazing so were the bar team the whole entertainment team especially Lucy Nina and Bianca who made my girlfriend dance a lot😂 even managed to get me dancing and I don't dance also the fitness instructor Hugo was amazing also a massive special thanks must go to the executive chef abdelghaffar who was amazing when I wasn't feeling the best one day he made me burnt toast especially for lunch as that's all I fancied he was amazing and funny such a great guy and is a massive talent with the other dishes he creates as well happy to class a great friend the food is amazing so much choice there is no way you could go hungry here. One last mention to Omar and his cat Romero in the coffee shop they are brilliant. The snorkeling is some of the best I've done cannot fault this place would go back again for sure and will look to book soon

We travelled here as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 teen girls, in late July. We have been to a lot of hotels in both Sharm & Hurgarda as we love Egypt for its weather mainly. We have stayed in several magic life’s / Kalaway, Bodrum, Sarigerme… so knew what the set up world be which was the main attraction for us having teenagers. We did eat out quite a bit - would recommend booking the Hard Rock Cafe 20 mins walk away / karaoke/ all inclusive drinks nights are Saturdays and Mondays. Soho square, taxi ride away booked through the hotel -£20 return The hotel itself is lovely, the grounds, the beach, the jetty and a lot of the areas within. Our rooms were nice but we overlooked the waste land at the side of the hotel which was full of rubbish & always locals out there doing deliveries etc so I felt like we couldn’t sit out on an early evening as they could see us sat there getting ready. This wasn’t too much of an issue for us but please try and tidy this area up. The food is very repetitive and I know this is the nature of the beast - but we found (and chatting to other people too), it wasn’t always great quality. The breakfast egg man /men were hit and miss. Sometimes you’d get your eggs as you’d requested, sometimes not! The pastry selection was fab and the filter coffee was a hit. Lunch - the Green Curry on the beach was about the best. Day lunch menu - pizzas salads wraps etc Nice & chilled staff here always happy and the most attentive with drinks we found. Snack bar at the slides was ok too - burgers pizzas chicken sandwiches etc all nice, staff very laid back ! The buffet evening meal was ok Always find something but we didn’t love it sorry. The Egyptian restaurant was lovely & the curry house. Only thing there was the restaurant was not air conditioned and although outside you are sat behind glass screens and it held the heat in! Much better with that then out so you can feel the breeze!! The pool area was the biggest let down for us. The sunbed situation is DIA. Never have I had to pay for my sunbeds to be reserved. (Not that I minded on this occasion as our pool man Ahmed was absolutely brilliant with us) But still. On our first morning I got up at 6:30am All the beds were taken., All had towels on mainly with no one on them. It’s far too crowded , the area towards the beach - omg - row upon row upon row! Looked like a cheap hotel! Not one we’d paid a £6 thousand pounds to stay in! We felt the whole area around the pool was set out so poorly. Other hotels seem to have more space around the pools .. We also found the pool area quite scruffy if im honest.? The floors were always dirty even at 7am The bridges over the pools were old and looked very unappealing. Very worn. And the tiles were grubby despite the life guards attempts to scrub them. After my moans about the hotel We did enjoy our holiday but it’s probably not somewhere I’d return unless improvements were made. All the staff were fabulous and friendly, special mention to life guard Ahmed who will be in Cairo now with his family :) thank you for helping us Khalid & Mahmoud on the pool bars. Thank you Egypt.

Lovely family resort, food was the best I have had in an Egyptian resort, entertainment also the best I have seen, tui entertainment staff are top notch and made time for everyone and always on the go, room maid bar staff absolutely faultless especially filo he was just class 😀, diving centre were really good too, only thing I was disappointed in was the pool terrace and pool tiles they were not up too a 5star standard alot of broken tiles grout missing and pool tiles looked dirty, loungers also looked like the had not been cleaned for some time, the pool terrace did not seem to be cleaned either as drinks that had been spilt where still there the next day this is in need of a pool/terrace revamp and more looking after then this place would be 5star in my eyes

We had a fantastic holiday at TUI MAGIC LIFE. The entertainment team were brilliant throughout our stay – always friendly, enthusiastic and made sure there was something going on for everyone. A special mention has to go to Nina, who was absolutely amazing with our daughter. She made her feel welcome from day one and kept her entertained in the Teen Club the whole holiday. Our daughter looked forward to going every day, which gave us a chance to relax knowing she was having such a great time. Thank you, Nina, and the whole entertainment team for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!
