Ialyssos Bay

First of all, I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. From the very first day, we felt genuinely welcome. Everyone—from the reception team and restaurant staff to the housekeeping personnel—was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Cleanliness deserves special recognition. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the entire hotel was exceptionally well maintained. The swimming pool was spotless at all times. It was chlorinated every evening after 6:00 p.m., and a cleaning robot was used regularly, so the water was always crystal clear. The all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. The alcoholic drinks were served from original bottles and included quality regional brands rather than cheap substitutes. There was also an impressive cocktail menu with plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, varied, and offered a wonderful selection of traditional Greek and regional dishes every day. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. Special thanks go to the restaurant manager, Mr. Stefan, and to the female restaurant manager, whose name unfortunately I didn't catch. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. One member of our group has celiac disease and requires a strict gluten-free diet. Instead of seeing this as an inconvenience, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every meal was safe and enjoyable. They regularly prepared special gluten-free dishes, provided gluten-free bread, and were happy to adapt many dishes from the menu upon request. It was one of the best examples of customer care we have ever experienced. The hotel also offers a great selection of vegan and gluten-free meals, making it an excellent choice for guests with dietary requirements. The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, which is another great advantage. Sunbeds on the beach cost only €5, while those by the pool are free of charge. There are plenty of activities available throughout the day, including tennis, volleyball, daily yoga sessions, and a variety of entertainment programs. Every evening featured different shows, live music, or performances, so there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, this hotel made us feel like we were staying at a five-star resort. The outstanding service, exceptional food, impeccable cleanliness, and attention to detail created an unforgettable holiday experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes, and I would happily return in the future.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff (who helped us numerous times!) and those working (very hard) in the dining room. The food was generally very good. Certain a good variety and the desserts were better than most all inclusive hotels. Pool area had plenty of sun loungers and it was nice to lie under the trees rather than in the busier area right by the pool. The beach is a short walk but is a very rocky area to get in/out of the sea. Gets deep quickly either quite a current. Not really suitable for children (imo) although some were in there. Evening entertainment was varied and again, mainly very good (aside from the karaoke!) 🤣 The minibus into Rhodes Old town is excellent. You book your time on the app for going/returning. Itpicks you up at the hotel and the same coming back. Very punctual and reliable. Great service.

The hotel is on the beach, which is its only plus! The room is okay, but the extra bed is too short for a short person—my feet were dangling off the end of the bed. The food was subpar—nothing authentically Greek. Maybe it was meant for the British?! The beer from the cafeteria vending machine tasted like chlorine, and the red wine was the cheapest, most bitter stuff imaginable. The snack by the pool was subpar and ran out in the final minutes. The staff really did their best!

What an amazing Hotel, it's really accommodating for everyone! The staff are very very friendly and the hotel overall is very clean and well looked after. Whichever room you book (sea view or pool view) are definitely worth the money. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are very good, a wide range of foods from all around the world and i was surprised but the basics are there too! (Chicken Nuggets, Fish Fingers, Chips) Will definitely visit this Hotel again 1000% Wether you are a family, Couple or Solo, this Hotel will accommodate you. Very worth the visit, the Boss is very kind too! DEFINITELY WORTH THE VISIT!!!!!

Our stay here was very nice. Live music from bands and DJ's by the pool was something we weren't expecting however appreciated a lot. The food was what you can expect from your standard all inclusive in Greece - nothing special but did the job. We ate out for evening meal every night. The strip of ialyssos is a 5 min walk if you exit the hotel via the tennis court pathway. Google maps will make you do a 20 min walk so make sure you utilise this shortcut! Our only however, quite a big flaw with the hotel is the fact they have no courtesy room to shower & get ready pre departure. The hotel has a basement with multiple unused rooms. I would prioritise this as an investment - lots of guests with late night flights left disappointed including us. We were told we could shower by the pool or extend room by 40/80 euros - one guest had a walking disability and was understandably outraged by this news. Wasn't many games/activities throughout the day. Aqua gymnastics in the morning was pretty much it. Overall, ialyssos bay hotel provided a great experience and is only 20 min shuttle bus to rhodes town - good location.
