Family of 5, booked through TUI, very little inof given by TUI advisor on next day after arrival about what to do in area, missed a number of coach trips. Food is quite tasteless although fine for a vegetarian lots of choice. Staff quite unpleasant and lacking ina personal touch, quite grumpy at times. Witnessed a waitress snatch a plate from a lady in fornt of her while she was waitin gon pizza and offerred no apology when the lady confronted her. Pools ok but ground around unkept, bird poo remained untouched around one pool and my children had to avoid standing on it, had to ask some one to lift it they wernt happy. Very crowded and buxy restaurants and the drinks machines and coffee machines were broken often and very long queues for other machines. Had ants coming out of my shower base and swarmed by toilet floor and bin, reported it and someone out silicone on one part of the shower base and missed the corner so they kept on coming- just left it at this stage as only three days left on hol. Have to ask for clean towels at reception- they are not keen to give you any though, one set did not arrive when I asked I just left it until the next day due to the staff attitude, hard to reuse dirty wet towels with kids. Pool staff quite grumpy and poor atmosphere. Enterntainment staff more friendly. Toilets are in poor condition around pools- locks not working, discoloured and broken doors on toilets and very unpleasant smell. Beach is stoney and cannot walk around it easily. Beach restaurant looks lovely on pic but your view is distorted by the numerous beach traders who have all their merchandies lined up on the fence of the restaurant --- so this is your view. very dissapointed. The restaurant roof top terrace is an acident waiting to happen - many floor boards are missing or lifted and uneven so a death trap to walk around, stairs to this also very unsafe. In room- not so much as a bottle of water in your fridge on arrival and no tea and coffee making facilities, not what you expect for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom was dirty on arrival with balck on floor and previous occupants contacts lenses still around tap of sink. Very loud music played on two nights at the beach restaruant where we booked to avoid the crowds at the main restaurant - had to eat quickly as got a sore head. No table waiting on booked restaurant and if you ask for somthing be prepared to wait they are in no rush to get back to you. Restarants are so busy the trolley of dirty dishes and left over food is driven around and is uncitely and noisey when trying to enjoy a meal- you feel very rushed. Would not rate this as ann enjoyable stay on many counts save yur money - was a complete waste of ours and deeply dissapointed with the all inclusive option- this only includes a number of poor tasting ready made cheap cockatils and beers - the other options you have to pay for - the free icecream is in tiny pots- the other icepops you also have to pay for- an absoulte shambles- kids so dissapointed. Asked for the hotel to book us a taxi one evening into town for the 5 of us and was told the 7 seater was not on and we woudl have to book two taxis or book a uber ourselves very unhelpful and just left me standing - had never booked an uber before thought a 7 seater taxi from a 4 star hotel would be handy enough got. Fridge in kids room- door did not close so couldnt even keep water cool- ou fridge was diryt and didnt seem to work. Kids went to games room and had to leave the smell was so bad and smelt of urine, very little else to do for teenagers in evening. In beaj restarnats all tables are wobbly and lost a glass of wine due to same- surface is uneven and witnessed a girl fall off her chair onto the ground because of same.

The marketing photos are very generous. The hotel is a long strip of different buildings with pools. Rooms are average with no 4* extras unless you pay. The main restaurant is a free for all. It’s like a canteen. Some nights are ok others are a disaster for food choices. Burgers, hotdogs, nuggets and fries are on repeat daily in the main and beach restaurants. The beach restaurant could be so nice but it’s constant fast food. No omelette or sandwich offered. Long queues at both. The beach is rocky but could be cleared in the off season and used for beds. The wine is vile., from a box and then a tap. No choice unless you pay. For an “All Inclusive” everything is extra. A safe is €41 per week, kettles, irons etc have to be hired/deposits. The games room is €5 tokens. Even a few mins on the trampoline or in the mini bumpers is €5. Rip off. The staff work hard but are in an impossible position. The slides are the best bit and the free bus to Puerto Banus. We won’t recommend and won’t return. It’s so disappointing to work hard and look forward to a holiday to have this rip off as the result. Last time I’m booking with TUI.

I cannot justify the amount of money we spent on this holiday for what it is. No information given on check-in, allocated the furthest bedroom block away from the reception, got to the room and room wasn't set up for a family. Back to reception we go to be told the room is a family room and someone will bring a bed (if they don't come back and let me know) think they were making sure I got my steps in for the day. Got back to the room to find no towels at all. If you want to use the safe you have to purchase it? So strange that we have to pay to keep valuable items safe! The hotel is extremely busy and I completely appreciate that as it's the summer holidays, I just feel like they cannot cater for the amount of people. Not enough seating or sunbeds, ques for the bar are lengthy, not enough seating at the evening entertainment and dinner service is an absolute free for all! We have a dairy free child travelling with us and they have nothing available for him. No dessert other than fruit and no sorbet in place of ice-cream. Food isn't the bed in the buffet hall. This isn't a 4 star hotel by any standard. Thankfully we are only here 4 nights otherwise I think we would have found alternative accommodation. The onlyyyyy good thing I can say is the splash park is great.

Serwisem very good. Location poor. Atmosfere good. Rooms and cleanliness vers good.

Really good location 10 minutes from the port in marbs great atmosphere and family friendly amazing staff recommend 10/10
