All in all a very good and clean hotel, however the food is hardly ever better than warm and needs a greater variety. The drinks for all inclusive guests are very limited and cocktails are all pre mixed and very cheap

A fabulous location with a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a peaceful chilled out holiday. The rooms are lovely, and are cleaned every day. Ours had a sea view to die for.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area & the views are amazing. The staff are mostly friendly & work hard to ensure a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the food was very hit & miss choice wise & not always hot. There are a few restaurants around where the food is very good. The rooms need updating & there is very little attention to detail that being said, it was comfortable with a stunning Seaview room. There are some stunning walks nearby. Also, It's not far from Alcudia, Port de Pollenca & Old town Pollenca by bus or taxi. The reception will help with the details. They were all worth a visit if you dont want to lay on a sunbed all day. We're glad we went, but we doubt we'll return.

The beauty of the location is stunning and soothing to the soul. We relaxed and recharged in this idyllic hotel..would have given a 5 if the WiFi issue was sorted..

Lovely clean hotel in stunning location. Sea view room great. Staff fairly welcoming except a chap in the snack bar who really didn't want to be there. Andrea a lovely friendly girl. Food cold and in my opinion not 4 star. We were AL but couldn't drink the drinks as extremely poor. Cava was ok. We paid for cocktails but still not good. For that reason it's a 3 star and I wouldn't stay again
