TUI BLUE Grupotel Mallorca Mar

We stayed here for a week and this was a lovely hotel to enjoy with young children. However, if you don't have kids I would probably suggest a different hotel as this is very family centred. Food was nice, themed nights really stood out though the food was incredible. We didn't visit the a la carte restaurant as it didn't seem like something we'd enjoy. The all inclusive did start to get repetitive at the end. Entertainers were great for the kids, lots of activities and the kids disco in the evening along with Tuibots which is for slightly older kids. The entertainment for the adults though I would say is slightly lacking and we did find ourselves a bit bored some nights. The entertainment room gets really really hot. The week we stayed, the temps were around 30 degrees all week, they keep all the doors open to the room so the air-conditioning does nothing. We ended up taking fans in with us so it was somewhat bearable. Rooms are nice and spacious, lots of wardrobe space. Personal preference but all the adults in my group found the beds really hard and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofas. The sofa beds are not pullout, just mattresses on the sofa. Hotel grounds are really pretty, if you are in rooms on the same side of the road as reception then you have the kids pool, a 'whirlpool' which is a nice big (and deep in the middle!) pool, and a baby pool which is under a big sunshade. The restaurant and snack bar are over this side too. The snack bar does offer burgers and hot dogs customised and cooked to order between 2pm and 4pm however the twice we ordered we had to wait about 30 minutes because the stove kept going off. We didn't bother after that although they were very nice. You then walk across the road if you want to use the main pool where the activities are. It was very busy over there during our stay so we stayed by the whirlpool. Only nuisance with that is that you either cross the road or walk quite far down to the snack bar for drinks. Highly recommend using the free shuttle bus to cala millor beach as it is absolutely stunning. The seafloor is also really shallow for quite a distance making it a real pleasure. Lots of lifeguards about aswell. Not affiliated to the hotel but you can get 2 sunbeds, a safe and an umbrella on the beach for 20 euro for the day. All in all, a lovely stay with our nieces but this is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids. If that's not for you then book a different hotel or you will be disappointed. Nieces absolutely loved it.

Lovely place, close to the beach. Really nice food. All the staff were really helpfull and nice. Very clean rooms.

Worst Holiday and Holiday me and my wife have ever been on, sold to us as family friendly but adult orientated there was nothing but screaming kids running around all day, we went away for our 30th wedding anniversary that was totally ruined, we also picked this Holiday because of Tui Blue being allergen compliant it was a total nightmare, they still have a very lot to learn about keeping food separate in total we will never go back ro this hotel.

Lovely well kept hotel. Very good helpful staff....plenty of sunbeds, nice change to see very few people getting up at stupid hours to reserve one there were always plenty free, There was always plenty of choice at meal times, beware kids scampering about the restaurant, all added to the fun, towards the end of our stay they opened a quiet area for adults to have their meals..never bothered with the entertainment as we walked into Cala Bona most nights, which in itself is a lively resort. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great holiday. With it been a TUI BLUE hotel we didn't have to pay extra for safety box or air con. All in all a very well run hotel...thanks to all the staff.

Very pleased with reception, they gave me a upgrade so I was next door to my daughter due to my age(90) no charge!!the whole of the hotel was spotless ,room cleaned every day clean towels etc,plenty of loungers outside and on grass not concrete! entertainment every night in your fabulous room with a fantastic wooden ceiling.food very good with theme nights well organised, if we can make it WE WILL.BE BACK.😁😁🤩🤩
