The pool bar bartender, Demet, is extremely professional and highly skilled at preparing any drink you order. The entire staff is very friendly, always willing to help, and they greet you with a smile at all times. The rooms are cleaned every day, with towels and bed linens changed daily. The floors are vacuumed and mopped, ensuring everything is spotless. The food is absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes from cuisines all around the world, with something different every day. Even though the drinks are locally produced, they are of premium quality. There is also a bar next to the pool that stays open until 5:00 a.m., serving drinks and snacks, including sandwiches and various light bites. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing and so family friendly! We stayed in a swim up room and it was perfect, gated off for toddlers. We loved the staff especially ozlem our cleaner she had a huge hug every morning with our 3 babies all under 4! And all the staff had our high chairs ready in the morning and lunch and dinner. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer time away! Thank you very much xxx

We had an amazing one-week holiday at TUI Magic Life Masmavi. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and all the facilities were very well maintained.We had two rooms at Lagoon wich the has amazing views The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and the entertainment was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable holiday. We will definitely come back

Last week, we stayed at the Masmavi Hotel and had one of the best holidays ever. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the food was outstanding, and both the beach and pool areas were simply amazing. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated the daily programs organized for both adults and kids. One of the highlights of our stay was booking a professional photoshoot with Alex. We couldn’t be happier with the results—the photos are truly wonderful and will help us remember this special trip for years to come. The only downside was having to choose just 30 photos out of around 250—it was the hardest decision ever! We are already looking forward to visiting again. And next time, we will definitely ask for you again, Alex!
