Corfu Hotel

As I left the airport there was a guy getting people a taxi. I raised my hand and said taxi. He looked at me and ignored me twice. I went to another guy and he got me the taxi. It was 35 min to hotel for 70E. The room had a fridge, phone TV, and CF. If you go out of the hotel and turn R and walk to the stairs on the left and follow that to the main road there is a small grocery store there. Also a ATV rental, and a tour place. Go R at the bottom of the stairs there is a bigger grocery store. It was VERY hot there!!!! The breakfast was HUGE. Lots of stuff. On SUnday I tried to do a tour but found out all tours leave at 8am and there is only one that day!!!!! To the airport took about 50 min in the AM.

Location was great near to all the bars and restaurants. Went with my friend for 3 nights to relax. We asked for a superior room.we walked in the room and it was old and really run down the room was dirty hair and stains all over the floor We didn't want to stay in that room. It's a 4 star hotel and we were really disappointed. So we asked for a refund to leave. At reception they told us they would give us a better room with no extra charge so we agreed. It was clean but still old looking. We decided we would make the most of it and try not to let it spoil our holiday. That night we didn't get much sleep as a group of boys were in the next room having a fight and shouting. In the morning we went down for breakfast. The breakfast was really bad. So we had toast and boiled eggs every morning. The stuff we're all lovely really friendly one stuff member Antonia was really welcoming and went out of his way to a comadte us apart from one lady at reception was very rude. There is a kettle in the room plus coffee and tea cups but no coffee or tea when we asked at reception if we could get coffee for our room she rudly said there is a supermarket across the street. The pool area and all the outside grounds are lovely really pretty. But I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

Misleading pictures. Booked this hotel to use the Spa. Are you aware they charge 45 euros an hour and to be informed the Sauna section is out of action - leaving a jacuzzi and steam room for 45 euros an hour!! It does not state on the information that guests will be booked this ridiculous amount when most hotels at this level include the Spa for free! If this was not a non refundable booking I would be leaving tomorrow and will not be leaving a positive review at all...... It also boasts - A Private Beach when clearly this hotel is not on a beach!! A kettle with No tea/coffee absolutely absurb. 3 outdoor pools - non are heated! They need to clearly state on their site a charge of 45 euros to use the Spa and inform guests when booking that it is not fully operational and the fact the hotel is inland not on a beach......
