Corfu Hotel

Not good at all, rooms are dirty, the beds are dirty too, gym is poor for a 4 stars hotel, the breakfast could be alot better, they take your food from the table if you get up to pick anything else, not good at all and now about the people there (tourists or whatever), horrible, they don’t have respect, specially people with kids, they slam doors like it’s nothing, screaming in the hallways, acting like celebrities… Only good thing it’s the location.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by unfriendly staff. Initially, they couldn’t find my reservation, but after some time, they eventually located it without any apologies or explanations. I was also told to wait until 2:00 PM for check-in, and while I understand check-in times, I can't imagine the room couldn’t have been ready a bit earlier. Luggage couldn’t be left at the reception, and I had to pay for a locker to store my bags. The room was very outdated — definitely 4-star quality from 30 years ago and in desperate need of renovation. The pool was fine, though small and crowded with kids. The lifeguard was excellent, though. Even at checkout, the staff was unhelpful, refusing an extra hour for late check-out. The breakfast was decent but repetitive.

Hotel was ideal for us, central to ayia napa, 10 min walk to monastry, 2 min walk to supermarkets, bus stop.Only used the pool on last day so can't say how busy it gets through day but decent sized, quite shaded in afternoon.Rooms were cleaned every other day, massive balcony, hairdryer in room.The only downside for us was dinner was served 7 pm - 8.30 pm so felt a bit rushed from leaving beaches daily.However Antonio the kitchen butler and his team were so friendly, made you felt part of the hotel family, couldn't do enough for you.Not a 4 star hotel, more of a 3, however I'd definately stay here again.

I stayed at Corfu Hotel, Ayia Napa from 12–16 September, and unfortunately, this hotel is nowhere near the 4 stars it claims—barely a 3 star at best. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, with very poor hospitality throughout my stay. There is no décor in the lobby or rooms; walking into reception feels more like entering a budget motel. Basic amenities are missing. Rooms do not have an iron, and when I asked, I was told another guest was using the only one and to come back in an hour. Requesting an extra towel was refused, with the explanation that towels are only changed every third day. The bed was uncomfortable, with no duvets provided, and the air conditioning had poor controls—either freezing cold or nothing at all—making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was bland, the coffee undrinkable, and the juices tasted like watered-down syrup. I honestly do not understand how this hotel has such high ratings on Booking.com. I would not recommend staying here unless you drastically lower your expectations.
