Faros Hotel Ayia Napa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Faros Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. The staff made our holiday even more special. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, funny, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Giancarlo, the massage therapist. He is absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly professional and incredibly talented. I highly recommend booking a massage with him! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and genuinely welcoming. Always some friendly words, always making sure everything was good. There is a small harbor a little down the road with restaurants and a small beach. The pool area is clean, there was always some available subbers even with a lot of people. The pool is big and never felt crowded. In the basement you can find Aegeos spa.the atmosphere was relaxing and Georgia the Spa Manager was wonderful, friendly and gave good help at tailoring the right treatment for me. Rafailia who did my services was very friendly, professional and made me feel at ease during my spa treatments.

Firstly; great location if you want to get to the bars, restaurants, beach or clubs or you’re simply happy to stay at the hotel because it’s beautiful. The pool is fantastic, breakfast buffet was really varied and the options for food and drink through the day and evening was great and reasonably priced. We loved the hotel in general but the service really made it an extra special experience. All of the staff were warm welcoming and accommodating. We absolutely loved Rakesh, who was so accommodating, friendly and hard working every day and seemed to genuinely care. We really appreciated his attentiveness and going above and beyond. We also thought Ayman was fantastic, bringing us our inflatable pickles 😂 each day, always being friendly warm and welcoming and going that extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. The service is the real stand out in this already beautiful hotel and for that alone, we’d absolutely come back. Thank you!
