Faros Hotel Ayia Napa

We absolutely love the Faros, it’s a fantastic hotel. The location is good, it’s near to the sea, restaurants, bars etc. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of beds and a swim up pool bar. We only go bed and breakfast so can’t say what the dinners are like, but breakfast is great. There is so much choice that you’ll never go hungry. The interior is modern and immaculate - the housekeeping team work so hard. The rooms are also clean and modern and a good size. My only bugbear is that there is no mirror above the dressing table but that seems to be an issue in a lot of hotels - I’m sure they are designed by men and not women! The Faros team are just the best - a special mention for Andreas, Natalia, Paulina, Nina and Marianna (housekeeping) - as they go out of their way to make your stay special. It was the hotel’s 30th birthday and as a thank you to those of us who go every year, they took us for a day out which included a visit to the village of Lefkara, a winery and a lovely, long lunch in a beautiful, outdoor location with live music. The hotel paid for everything and we had a fantastic time. What a lovely way to show appreciation for being a returning customer. We will be back there again this September, and cannot wait!

Excellent hotel. Room phone didn't work but that the only criticism. Staff particularly good in all departments. Will definitely stay again (weather helps) Aleksandr in aegeo spa was especially good, specially helpful ease my weary legs. Star of the spa - Nicol.

This hotel is amazing. Perfect location, close to the beach, the center, shops and taverns. The staff is friendly, the room we received was large and clean, with amenities, the breakfast was also amazing, I have never been to a hotel that had honeycomb and hot oatmeal. Also the pool is amazing and the drinks were great. I don't think I can say anything bad about this hotel.

Firstly let me start by saying a massive thank you to all management and staff at Faros for a magnificent 10 day break. So after arriving later than we should have due to flight delay we were greeted at reception by the lovely happy smiling Anna who quickly welcomed us back and got us checked in. Upon being shown to our chosen room myself and my wife were extremely pleasantly surprised to find 2 hotel gift bags sitting on our bed waiting for us that contained some personalised gifts for us both from the hotel, a truly amazing gesture. The hotel is in a perfect location for both shopping, local restaurants, and the fantastic harbour with some beautiful boats aswell as an amazing beach if you want to soak up some sun. Room was spotlessly clean and superbly comfortable and was kept clean everyday by the excellent cleaning team and had awesome view of the ocean. Food at the hotel is outstanding, breakfast time you will definitely find something to your liking, with fresh omelettes made perfectly for you by the wonderful chef and Lei, both work extremely hard to keep everyone happy and full and are a great team to have at the hotel. If you choose to stay and eat in at the hotel in the evening instead of going out to the restaurants or bars you will also find exceptional food and drinks available. Hotel has a vey decent size pool along with an amazing swim up bar if you fancy a few drinks will chilling in the water and was worked by a lovely young lady called Anna. Staff and service at this hotel is probably the best I have come across in my years of travelling, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and we were always greeted with politeness and a smile, with staff like Nina, Magda, Andy, Anna, Dorin, Diana, and Saker all who are an absolute credit to the hotel and I’m looking forward to seeing you all again in July 2026. Andreas and management team, thank you all and the entire faros team for making our stay an absolutely outstanding one and we will see you again next summer.
