Perfect choice if you want to be some steps away from the best Bay on Cyprus 💚 Vrissi (the closest) is also beautiful. Stuff is amazing. Elegant and bringing smile in every moment. Impresive. Atmosphere like with good family. Live music almost everyday. A lot of traditional food. For some this place should be more modern, but for me is perfect. I love this place truly. Best stay ever.

Great place! Such a good location as well, you’re right by the beach and close to the centre of Protaras. The hotel itself has everything you need.

OK where to start. This hotel has positives and negatives. Firstly reception. Eleni and Georgina are top class and a huge plus point for this hotel. We booked late and we had pre holiday chats which allowed us to get an upgrade as we are repeaters and got married here some 23 years ago. So nothing but huge praise here. We had a very nice room with a full sea view. Outstanding! Only point id make here is we had no English channels on the TV. The aircon was very good and our cleaner kept the room spotless the entire time and did a fantastic job. The food was mixed. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. The evening meal was average and not really to our liking tho others seemed to enjoy it. The negative point here is the staff. Bar staff were clueless and English was poor so getting a point over was never easy. They also ran out of white wine which didnt please the wife! The restaurant staff including breakfast waiters looked scruffy compared to staff at other hotels. One morning we had no breakfast staff and guests had to lay their own tables. I think some basic training and uniforms mixed with a smile would be an advantage. The pool area. Now this was not good! Firstly white wine from a box unchilled is never good. Kids were running it. Unprofessional insisting on playing loud music to please themselves rather than playing some relaxing music a bit quieter. They have to remember guests come first and not everyone is of their their age and they simply need to tone it down a bit! So there you go. The perfect location but some attention to detail is much needed.

this hotel does not live up to expectations. It does have great potential as structurally it is very nice, clean and hygienic and in a good position. However the restaurant is more like a canteen, food average. Staff need training in personal skills: many waitors walked around in front of guests and looked like bouncers. Some reception staff were great but others very dismissive . We had an amusing - but not good emough - response to a plumbing issue - ie the sink plug didnt link underneath - it could be pulled out completely! so the sink couldnt hold water. We described this, and after a 45mins wait a maintenance guy came. After a couple of promises that he was on his way I stood at reception obviously waiting. He exained the sink and after 2 minutes triumphantly showed me that the tap worked!!! He than appeared to understand the real problem, said '5 mins'. However by the end of the holiday he had not been seen again....
