Loutsiana Hotel Apts

This is a lovely place! We are more regularly used to larger hotels when we go away and often go all inclusive. So we thought we would try something different by booking this, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. We stayed bed & breakfast and ate out, there’s plenty of places to choose to eat when you walk to the left from the hotel towards Ayia Napa. The rooms were clean and maintained regularly however the shower gel that was provided hasn’t been topped up for us. The only things I think I noted was that one of our rooms had a coffee machine but no hob, and the other vice versa. The hair dryer did smell slightly of burning so we’re avoiding using that. The breakfast was really good, no huge variations from day to day, the beach is a 15 minute walk and the marina near by is a good place to go. They still have some Covid restrictions in place it seems, you aren’t able to fill your own water bottle up from the cold water tap so you have to buy bottled water if you’d like fresh, other than the cups you can have with breakfast. The restaurant staff are lovely and the manageress is too, we were always made an effort with. Pleasant greetings go a long way :). The pool is lovely and clean, this is a great place to have a relaxing holiday at least in May, not sure about the height of the season. We don’t have to get up early to reserve sun beds.

This is the best hotel in Cyprus it covers everything plus it’s right next door to the water park ideal for families or solo as it is so peaceful all the staff are fantastic and it is really really clean I would highly recommend this hotel 100% the best of both worlds the peaceful atmosphere and all the action in one place there is a bus stop right outside 10 minutes into the town or get a taxi which we always do and share the cost cheap as chips you will not be disappointed plus the new shopping outlet across the road with beautiful boutique’s and restaurants

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days for a last-minute getaway . We had a deluxe double that wasn't very big. The pictures made the rooms look larger on the website when I booked. It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch. The balcony was not private as there was no screen or wall between each balcony, so we didn't sit out often. I would worry in peak times, as anyone could climb over the barrier. The pool was nice and quiet and kept very clean. The life guard was there all day. We mainly walked to the lovely beach a short walk away as we preferred to swim in the sea. The sea was lovely and clear, and the sand golden. It did get busy later in the afternoon, even at the end of October. We ate twice at the hotel and portions very generous and not bad prices. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but my daughter liked the hash browns. I am veggie so there wasn't a lot of choice for me but we managed. The marina a short walk away is lovely and really worth going. We ate out there twice and had amazing food. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, which takes you into Ayia Napa central, and there are a few nice restaurants. We only went one evening to have a look but were disappointed at the shops as all the same. Overall, a nice break and the good weather and beach made it for us.

Picked this place as a late deal at a great price for Cyprus and could not fault anything... The rooms had just recently been renovated and were excellent, we had a first floor with pool and sea view and it was ideal, decent size, good beds and nice bathroom... Breakfast was excellent, staff were pleasant and the grounds were perfect. a few minutes walk to the beach or a 10 minute bus to Nissi and Ayia Napa... Fantastic holiday, would recommend.

This hotel went above and beyond from room assistants, receptionists and the food and beverage servers. It was friendly, clean and made very welcoming. Food was gd. Can only comment on breakfast but was brilliant anyway.
