The Golden Coast Beach Hotel

I chose to come to Cyprus for the first time and chose Golden Coast Beach hotel for my stay. It was the best decision. I was there from June 14th to June 21st. Everything was above expectations. The hotel is very modern with impressive rooms , extra clean, modern, big screen smart TV, air conditioning that can be controlled for any of the many control panels, the air conditioning is placed very well and you can stay in the room with no issues while it is running . The room I stayed in had a sea side view it was perfect , with a nice balcony. All the staff at the hotel is very nice, accommodating, because there was availability my room was ready earlier which was a really nice surprise. The beach is literally at the hotel, with a really pleasant grass surfaced area where the sunbeds are for free and a 30 second walk down the stairs gets you to the beach. The beach is spectacular. Large enough, very clean, the water is very still and deepens gradually and offers a really safe space for people that can not swim or children but it is also great for swimming as there are literally no waves. I had only breakfast which was really good, a great start for the day but the hotel also offers the possibility to have lunch or dinner if you choose to. There are also one tavern and one Italian restaurant at the hotel . I aet several times at the tavern and want to compliment the waiter , he was always really nice and very good. There is also a small marina right near the hotel which makes is very convenient to take a boat trip which I also did. The hotel also has a store that has besides snacks and drinks at very affordable prices , also anything you need for the beach and a big variety of really nice clothes also at very affordable prices, the store owners are wonderful people. I also tried out the Cyprus experience at the SPA which was absolutely amazing, thank you Inga and Irene , I recommend it 1000%. I had a back inflammation and Irene took care of it with one session, also prepared my skin for sun exposure . There is also a really nice path made that starts from in front of the hotel for nice walks, really safe, illuminated. The bus stop is 50 m from the hotel and also there is a really nice family own store. There is an extra touch that is given by an amazing person in an ice cream truck , it is the ice cream truck near the St. Nicholas Church just by the hotel , Panayiotis Andreou. Besides having one of the best ice screams I have ever eaten he also has juices from fresh fruits, I especially recommend the one made from watermelon but what really makes it special is Panayiotis Andreou. He greets everybody passing by with a big smile, offers great advice, give so much positive energy and really reminds us that life needs to be enjoyed. The hotel staff mentioned everybody there is like a family , the store owners, the ice scream truck all have been there for many years working together. You can feel the family energy on the employee's. There are also shows for children and adults which are really nice and give a great end to a day. I recommend this hotel 100%, it has everything that is needed, I can not say one thing that I did not like, this was one of the best vacations I ever had.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, rooms were very clean, food was fantastic! We took treatment in the spa also. Inga and Viktorija was extremely pleasant and welcomed us in the spa and showed us around, explained everything, it was super!!! We had amazing couples treatment with Irena and Mohamed, it was outstanding!! Thank you so much for having us!!! Valentinas and Sarema.

Went for sons wedding, everyone at hotel so friendly. Wedding planner had taken care of everything, the day was fantasic. Reception were great, extended room time on last day, gave extra room keys and helped whenever asked. Bar staff and catering staff friendly, efficient, food choices varied. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Had fab, treatment in spa, staff knowledgeable, especially Irenka. Hotel extremely clean, everywhere a credit to all the staff, we all said we'd like to come back again.
