The Golden Coast Beach Hotel

We had the most incredible wedding at the Golden Coast Beach Hotel – it truly exceeded all our expectations! The venue was absolutely stunning, set against the most beautiful backdrop, and the atmosphere was just magical from start to finish. The hotel staff were phenomenal – so welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel was amazing in every way—from the strong, delicious drinks to the incredible food and exceptionally friendly staff. A very special thank you to our amazing wedding planner, Felicity. She was simply outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very first conversation to the final moments of our big day, Felicity was there every step of the way – calm, organized, thoughtful, and full of brilliant ideas. We couldn’t have done it without her, and we’re so grateful for her support and dedication. It was the perfect day in every way, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. Thank you to everyone at Golden Coast Beach Hotel for making our dream wedding a reality! Unfortunately this had to be the worst holiday we have been on, i did contact Jet2 who were so helpful unfortunately the hotel themselves were not and made up excuses to every complaint made. Evening times at dinner the dress code was not followed so we had to endure woman (i am a woman myself) in their bikinis with everything hanging out which wasn’t a very nice sight i would even expect some cover up maybe at breakfast and lunch and not bare bottoms everything and over seats others sit on. Animation team was poor the mini disco was in a room with a laptop and speakers not what was expected for a family favourites hotel. Rooms were never cleaned the beds were only made using the same bedsheets all week. The slide was open 2 hours max per day there was not much pool entertainment going on again supposed to be family favourites. Reception staff dismissed everything that was said. Shame we love cyprus and should of listened to the majority of the reviews we seen on social media. Hotel was more suited for couples or groups of people there was a wedding everyday which looked lovely but as a hotel advertised as family oriented it was far from that. Overall we spent extra £800 going to this hotel over a neighbouring hotel which was far superior in every way compared to this hotel.

What an amazing stay at the Golden Coast hotel. The staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived ( a special shout out to Stelios, who remembered our drink orders at breakfast every day…and was always smiling) The room and facilities were immaculate, and the location of the hotel was perfect for days out and just access to local shops, nightlife and other amenities. Also the food was varied every day, and maybe the best I’ve had from an all inclusive buffet style layout. Cooked perfectly, and spoilt for choice. Will definitely be returning.

The staff: From reception to meals to cleaning, the staff was above and beyond everything else. Anna at reception always found a way to help us, Stelios treated us as family, Christoph cooked for us special dishes. You name it. Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph. Hotel: The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Not terrible but it does need some renovation. Swimming pool(s): The outdoor swimming pool is big. Has a slide for kids and is cleaned daily. No complaints except for some difficulty for handicap people. The indoor swimming pool is small, very few people most of the time. My wife and I spent a long time there. Beach: There is easy access to the beach and the promenade is perfect to stroll or run in the mornings. Gym: Not the best I've seen

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Golden Coast resort at the end of Oct 25. I cannot recommend this place enough! The hotel amenities were fantastic, Our room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. We went all inclusive, there was a great variety of fresh food, possibly the best all inclusive I’ve ever done. The staff were very attentive and we’d both like to give Stelious kudos for his service - 5*. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sun beds with the option to sit facing out to the sea if you didn’t want to be by the pool.if you wish to venture out the local bus stops just outside the hotel and it’s a short trip to Protaras or Ayia Napa. We also found it very easy to hire a car so we could explore further. Love Cyprus in October the temperature is perfect, however the sun disappears a little early. Again I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will be coming back. Thank you Golden Coast.
