Morenia All inclusive Resort

This was our fourth summer vacation at the hotel, and we can honestly say that this year’s experience was the best so far! The food was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the delicious pancakes at breakfast, which became a family favorite, as well as the absolutely perfect beef goulashes and beef sauces that were full of flavor and prepared to perfection. Everything was excellent – from the service and atmosphere to the overall experience. The entire team did a fantastic job and made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you and congratulations to Director Mateo and the whole team for their dedication and hard work. It truly shows in every aspect of the guest experience. We are already looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you for another wonderful holiday!

At best, a 2-star experience. We stayed in September. The room was booked for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids), but the "extra bed" turned out to be just a second sofa. One adult had to sleep on the floor for 6 nights, and the hotel offered no solution, even for extra payment. Very poor kids' menu – no pancakes, no fries. Almost no activities for children. Alcoholic drinks were left unsupervised, and kids could take them freely – completely unacceptable. Slippery stairs, dirty from pigeons. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The only good things were the airport transfer and the nature around. Read reviews before booking – we wouldn't return.

Everything wonderful, besides the Buffet. I have been to many 4-star rated Hotels and this one had by far the worst food offer. Only 3-4 main dishes to choose from which couldn’t be more similar (a lot of rice and pasta dishes). Also, the meals aren’t presented to look very appealing. More like „here, take it or leave it, we don’t care“. Furthermore, it’s very dirty in and around the dining area. For example, food was laying around on the floor and no one moves a finger to clean it up. If this would improve to match the standards of other Hotels with similar ratings I would give it a 5 out of 5. Everything (besides the buffet area) was clean, helpful staff, clean and big enough infinity pool, extraordinary beach access and a very nice offer of alcoholic beverages.

The property resembles more of a resort than a four-star hotel. Rooms are located in buildings across the street, about 100 meters from the restaurant, pools, and beach. The rooms are very small and basic, but clean, and the food is varied and delicious. The problem turned out to be a lack of hot water between 5 and 8 p.m. (when returning from the beach). We were just after a long journey. This is a well-known problem, and as the staff stated, it affects rooms on the top floors. Initially, the reception played for time, saying they should turn the water on for about 15 minutes and if that didn't help, call and they would send a technician. They were actually hoping the pressure would return to normal, but no technician ever showed up. Around 8 p.m., the pressure returned to normal, and this continued every day of our stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't much time left for dinner. Finally, they admitted they were aware of the problem and offered only free parking during our stay as compensation. I find this unacceptable in a four-star hotel costing around 2,000 PLN (450 euros) per night. Despite prior arrangements, parking was added to the payment, citing a failure to remember the arrangements. If you need hot water between 5 and 8 p.m. (which was very important to us after traveling and swimming in the Adriatic Sea), avoid rooms on the top floors (I don't know about the lower floors).

After reading many comments I was a bit sceptical, but Morenia was for us a geat place to stay with kids. Yes there are a few stears to go but fir us it was no problem. The hotel was very nice and clen, the pools and the sea were great, food very good. The only downside is that there were a lot of people, but it was the begging of summer, so expected and that if you want to go to see something else you have to use the car. Overall, I was a great vacation and a very nice expirience with Morenia.
