Valamar Camping Jezevac

A great camping experience for our family. Its nice, clean and safe and a fair price for the whole week. The camp is located directly at the Mediterranean sea and the overall landscape is beautiful.

No value for money. An unnecessarily expensive camp that offers nothing extra, and quite the opposite. You pay for the entire stay upon arrival (this is the first time we have encountered this) and then discover with regret that the pitches are terribly small and uncomfortable and there is no place to park your car. Of course, since the entire stay has already been paid for upon entry, this makes it very difficult to negotiate a possible remedy from the camp, as they are at an advantage since they have the full payment in advance. Before paying, go and see first the place first so that you are not disappointed. I consider the camp's approach to payment in advance to be unfair on the camp's part, because they are aware that some guests would rather leave the camp after arriving at the pitch. The pitches are terribly small. Some of them ar not even regulary pitch, just a place among the road. Barely enough for a caravan and an awning. Often there are illogically placed trees on the pitches, which prevent comfortable use of the pitch. The toilets and showers are incredibly undersized. You are constantly waiting for a toilet or shower. The price for 1 wash is 9€ wich is not firendly. Be careful, if you put more money into the coin machine, the machine will not give you anything. There is only 1 pool and it is crowded, if I don't count the children's pool. Children an men are constantly jumping into the water headfirst in the pool, which creates very dangerous situations. No one from the camp controls or regulates the behavior of people at the pool. The cleanliness of the camp and the sanitary facilities is poor. In the OLIVA restaurant, they will serve you soup made from a bag for 6.50e without any shame. The worst camp we have ever been to. We will never return here.

This is our 3rd time at this camping and have to say we loved this place before. Mobile homes are great quality and overall fullfill all requirements you could have at a place like this. However the service dropped its standards and staff are rude and not helpfull at all. We arrived with my friend,so 2 moms and 3 small children in 2 cars. At the check in the service staff said only one car park is included,which is absolutely fine and understandable. However I requested an additional parking space,which I was willing to pay extra for,just to avoid carrying all baby stuff from the car back and fort.They immediately said no,because they are full and need all the space and I can unload my stuff from the car,but then need to leave immediately the ground and there is a public carpark in the next street that I can use. I asked them once again hoping for some compassion (again,3 small children,lots of stuff) if they could check if there is one single place,again Im happy to pay whatever the price. Without checking both the receptionist girl and the so called valet said no,they dont have space. Not even checking availability. When I asked if I could reserve extra place for next day,receptionist said again they are full and I should check back next day,but she cannot reserve. I asked if she could check availability for next day ,what they see in their system I know,because I actually used to work in 5 stars LUXURY hotels around the world, she said again no with such an attitude that I simply dont understand how she can be hired. I get it,probably its hard to find good staff nowdays especially for summer season only,but these kind of people should not be in service sector. I ended up parking the car in the public car park,which is btw an open ground under the trees right behind the reception,but it is not secured and basically anyone could steal the car. I go back and fort to the car with my baby to still get stuff. Also,during our day and evening walk loads of parking spaces are free and noy used at all. Simply disappointing and unbelievable definitely last time at this camping.

Beautiful view from our camping home! We had great time, homes are well equipped, beaches are beautiful and we loved evening walks to the city.

Of all the campsites we have visited, Ježevac is the one you always want to return to and one we always return to. We have been loyal guests for over 30 years and enjoy it more every year. It is the same in the rest of the Valamar accommodation
