Having made an error myself with the booking, the management team were exceptional with their response and provided an excellent resolution. It was really appreciated. I am visiting Istria solo this year, but following this experience I am fairly certain that I shall be booking a family holiday at this resort for 2027.

Do NOT travel here with jet2. The rooms they sell to couples are way below 4 star standard, Not even 2 star. On arrival, we were taken to a small enclosed space opposite the staff rooms across a grassy scrub which did not appear to even have a proper window. We asked to be moved and were taken to another small space which was nearer to the beach and pool. Having been up since 3am we agreed to take the room offered provided that we would be moved the following day. Grim/dark/nothing like the photos online/not even a plug point in the bedroom, Worst I've ever seen. Mis-sold completely. Anyone wants photos - let me know - I have loads plus videos... Spent the next day (and subsequent days) on the phone to jet2 UK and the rep in resort. Not exactly a "holiday". We were told no alternative rooms available and that our only options to get home flight wise were on the Monday. We had to stay until then. An extra £50 to change the flight and £96 to keep our dogs in the kennel as they couldn't re-sell it. No way were we staying there for 7 nights. The terrace of the room was basically covered in weeds and full of cracked tiles. Plus the staff unloading and filling linen carts right outside our room from before 8am every day...nowhere to go as our bedroom window was about 8 feet away from the clanging and noise We did try to sit out on the 2 chairs and tiny table on the terrace but the air con unit and the weeds made it less than an enticing prospect. I have never in 35 years travelling in Europe, seen a room of such poor quality. We were looking forward to re-visiting Croatia having had a lovely week a few years ago in Dubrovnik. (Not with jet 2). Spent our days walking around/getting the bus into Pula as going to the pool was hazardous given 3 flights of marble steps to the pool which were always wet. Plus wet dangerous steps throughout. No handrails. We have no major mobility issues but wet high steps with no rails are dangerous. We went on this trip for the pool and to relax after renovations at home - we didn't relax but were assured at every step by staff in resort and in UK that we would be reimbursed on our return. Be advised that there are 2 or 3 times the sunbeds around the pool compared to what you see in the pics on the jet2 site and that you will literally be sharing a bed with the people next to you. I have advised jet2 - they don't care. Guess what - after 6 or so weeks in the complaints process, we were offered an insult. Asked for escalation, offered a further insult. Wrote to the CEO and were told that the offer would stand. So will my decision never to use jet 2 again. ABTA complaints here we come. Do yourselves a favour - don't use this hotel. Never ever thought I would say this - but don't use jet2 either. They are there when they are there, but then they are not. We were longstanding Thomas Cook travellers, especially long haul years ago. Never had cause to complain but noticed them starting to decline long before they went, and the pattern may be repeating with jet2. Its subtle - but it's there.......

Beautiful resort with a mix of great studio apartments and villas. The pool area was great with a lovely poolside restaurant. The yacht club was lovely for food and drinks with a beautiful sea view. I felt that there was a lack of choice of places to eat and drink though and everything closes by 10.30. Nothing close by

We booked for 3 nights and lucky we did! When we pulled up at first sight it looks nice however, when we was finding our room the corridors are dirty with rubbish left outside. The doors to the apartment look old and tired and also not very secure with no lock in the inside. The apartment it's self is small with a very small dirty balcony. The pool areas are nice and the pool bars are good. In the evening this place is dead! Nothing around to do at all and not in walking distance to anything with some life. The staff are all polite. The spa in the hotel next door was lovely and the massage was good. This hotel is not for anyone younger than 40 we, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel it's 3 at the max

Fantastic venue in a lovely location. A short ride away from Pula Town, this is the perfect location to relax with all the amenities you’ll need. The place is clean and comfortable, and the food and drink caters for all tastes.
