Aladdin Beach Resort

Here’s our honest view of Aladdin. The hotel is 4* and I would definitely agree with this. Both good and bad points below. Hotel is around 15 mins from airport so quick transfer. Grounds- These were stunning and so so clean. The staff worked so hard to maintain this and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Rooms- We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice. The only downfall was the lay out of the rooms. We were directly outside the children’s play area which considering we are two adults wasn’t ideal. The room had a terrace, again personal preference I do prefer a balcony but we made do. The room again was spotless and cleaned daily fresh towels ect. A second key card can be given just ask at reception. We were able to keep the room on till 6pm on the last day for £15 which was brilliant. Food - This for us was the downfall. It was very standard and basic. We did find however as the week went on it did improve slightly but we survived on pasta really. Entertainment- This was not great at night but in the day the team worked hard to ensure there was things to do. Didn’t mither too much if they knew you just wanted to sit and sunbathe. Staff- They work so hard and are very attentive. It was our first time in Egypt and they do expect to be tipped. I was ignored on a few occasions by pool bar staff as they served people who had earlier tipped. Other than this the staff are great very friendly and chatty and work so hard. Trips - We enjoyed a couple of trips to dolphin house and orange bay. Orange bay is beautiful. We used cruise tours for our trips and the service is excellent would highly recommend. The beach at the hotel is lovely too with lots of beds although we went in April could be different in summer months/ school holidays. I probably wouldn’t return to Aladdin and would try another hotel there wasn’t a lot of English when we first arrived and by the end was around 2/3 family’s that had arrived. Hope this helps !

Resort was amazing, very clean, Lots of options for food All members of staff were very friendly and welcoming, they all work hard to make you feel as comfortable as possible we travelled as a family of 11 and everything went so smoothly thanks to the members of staff, The best part is the entertainment team, they also work incredibly hard, we took part in most activities as there was so many to choose from, and enjoyed every one we did, thank you to all the team at Aladdin beach,
