Kids club Staff unwelcoming, did not make effort with children when they arrived, acted like they did not want to be there. Not completing advertised activities would provide children with colourings and leave them to it. Staff on phones throughout watching videos /TikTok’s. Had to ask for them to take our emergency contact details, did not asked us to compete a form. Mobility/accessibility Golf buggy not available for those with mobility issues, staff unhelpful when looking to arrange buggy. Was made to wait 20 minutes one day to be told the buggy could not be called. Staff then reluctantly provided wheelchair Long walk to pool / beach from accommodation - would not recommend for those with mobility issues Staff Rarely got a service with a smile or welcoming attitude Reception staff unhelpful Guest relations not there when told that they would be there, completely unhelpful and attitude was awful App total waste of time, staff pretend like it does not exist. Could not use to book restaurant’s Times Pool and pool bar close at 5pm . Staff start putting away tables / loungers around you, makes you feel very unwelcome. Very early for peak of summer Entertainment AWFUL!! Each nights entertainment especially for the children consisted of the same thing. Episode of SpongeBob on the screen before a small dance activity that lasted 5 songs or so. The entertainment team would then start a “show” for an hour consisting of dance routine, spin dancers, belly dancer or singer. Very poor, no entertainment to involve guests etc. Advertised nights never happened. In-house Taxi - white shark Overpriced and unreliable One night ordered a six seater, on return was told the car had broken down and had to to split the ride to two cars. Men were incredibly rude and make us wait over 45 minutes Rooms Our room initially was awful with broken wardrobe, fridge, safe and sink. The toilet smelled so bad the whole room smelt like sewage and even though we had paid for deluxe. This was rectified however put us off the room completely.

Nice hotel, proper food, nice beach access, recommend to visit with this price

We arrived Saturday 5th September we were allocated the perfect room close to entertainment for our children. The food was always fresh with lots of varieties to suit all of our family and food made infront of you for breakfast snack and dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The bars were always available with variety of drinks and the staff were welcoming and often served drinks to our table. Entertainment staff were amazing always talking to the children and involving us all in activities around the pool as well as the shows of an evening we sat every night to enjoy live acts. Always clean and tidy tables cleared for cleared always someone cleaning! Jasmine was so helpful and friendly with all our family the children loved her dancing too! We will be back :)

The hotel is very nice , comfortable, fascinating and captivating the I have ever seen in my life the animation is very helpful and friendly and I really high recommend

Title: Mixed Stay – Outstanding Staff & Pool Area, but the Hotel Needs Major Updates Rating: 2/5 stars We recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. The biggest highlight of our trip was definitely the team working here. The staff are amazingly friendly, extremely hardworking, and always willing to help. Additionally, the hotel is kept clean, and the pool area is lovely and a great spot to relax during the day. However, the property itself feels tired, shabby, and in urgent need of repairs and maintenance. Our nights were consistently disrupted as it was very noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The dining, drinks, and entertainment fell well short of expectations: * Food & Dining: The food overall was just okay, but there was very little variety of fresh fruit available. The main restaurant was quite chaotic with children running around during meal times. * All-Inclusive & Drinks: No ice cream was included in the All-Inclusive package, and the cocktails were rubbish. * Evening Entertainment: Adult entertainment ran from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM. It consisted of a lot of dancing and a singer who constantly forgot the words—another very poor aspect of the stay. If management invests in renovating the rooms, adding soundproofing, and elevating the food, drinks, and entertainment, this place could be wonderful thanks to its brilliant staff and lovely pool. As it stands, it needs significant improvement.
