Stayed at Ancient Sands Hotel El Gouna and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. What really makes this place stand out is the staff — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Hashim and Mina at Marina Beach. Both are incredibly warm, always smiling, and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting El Gouna — great service, great people, and a great stay!

We recently spent a wonderful week at this five-star hotel with our family, and it exceeded all our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality. What truly made our stay special was the staff — incredibly helpful, polite, and kind at all times. They made us feel very safe and genuinely cared for, always ready to fulfill any request with a smile. The hotel itself is very clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. We will definitely be coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I would absolutely recommend Ancient Sands Golf Resort El-Gouna to friends and family, and I would happily come back again! We had an amazing experience overall. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The level of care really stood out. The buffet food was very good, with plenty of options and consistently enjoyable meals. One small suggestion would be to make the à la carte menu more distinctive, as it felt quite similar to the buffet—just in a different setting. It would also be great to see more dairy alternatives, such as lactose-free yogurt at breakfast. Kudos to the team for handling a small issue so efficiently. I was initially placed in a twin room instead of the one I had reserved, but this was resolved promptly the next morning. I was given three options to choose from, and I was very pleased with the upgraded room—great service! We also loved the facilities. The gym was excellent, and the golf course and classes were really enjoyable. The cherry on top was the thoughtful gesture on our last day. Even though our all-inclusive package ended at 6 pm and our flight was much later, my wife and I were kindly offered an additional dinner. At first, we were told there might be an extra charge, but this was later waived. We really appreciated this—it showed genuine care for the guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with attentive service, great facilities, and memorable hospitality. Looking forward to returning!
