recently spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel, staying in room 5109. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall service was top-notch. I was also very impressed with the food, which offered a great variety of delicious options every day. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ibrahim Hassan at the reception desk. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
