Continental Hotel Hurghada

Very good hotel , the employees are very helpfull if in need of something wether it is drinks , food , the route to a place you want to visit , everything ! The rooms are kept very clean, you dont get annoyed by sellsman , just have a very relaxing holiday here , and enjoying the vieuws . Clean swimmingpool area , the beach also very nice . Food is good , different kind of foods to try here , so all with all i enjoy this place and i will most certainly visit here again . Thanks to diana who is very kind person and has a nice way of interaction with the people who visit the hotel !

I have already written about this hotel. Really no complaints, the hotel is located at the beginning of Al dau promenade in the city, which is quite an attractive location, what I like is the proximity to the airport, so the transfer to the hotel does not take long time. I was in this hotel in 2024, compared to then, the rooms and reception have been renovated and look quite pleasant. During our stay we stayed in room 415, there were three of us and that room was very spacious and comfortable, like an apartment. A very positive impression. Large comfortable beds, plenty of space for personal belongings, clean and tidy space with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden. This was my tenth stay in Hurghada and I can say that this hotel has the most beautiful beach when we tallk about hotels located in the city. The beach and the furniture are saturated with a wonderful place to rest on the coast of the Red Sea. The sea is clean, the only thing bothering me is the proximity of the buoys, but probably their reason for that. The food is varied, with a large number of dishes and salads that can satisfy the taste of even the most demanding guest. Service - the service was good. When I say good, it means that it could be excellent, but it lacked a bit of professionalism, after all, it is a five-star hotel. The staff should have been more friendly and professional, especially the waiters in the main restaurant and the waiter at the beach bar. It happened that we waited too long to be served, but this did not affect the general impression or spoil our vacation. After talking with Yusuf, we had a little unpleasant situation in the main restaurant, but we did not take it as a bad thing, we will gladly return to this hotel again, I deeply hope that, led by the right managers, they will improve the service in this hotel and everything will be perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My second home.The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were genuinely kind and always happy to help, which made me feel very welcome. The location was convenient, and it was easy to get around from the hotel. Food was fresh and had plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We had our event at Continental Hotel Hurghada and everything was really good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they did their best to make our event successful. I would like to say a special thank you to Ms. Hend Sadek from the Sales Team. From the first time she received our request, she was very helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and always tried to find a solution for everything we needed. She made the planning much easier for us and was always kind and supportive. Thank you also to Ahmed Samir, Haitham, Mostafa, Ahmed Nagy, and our waiter Mahmoud. They were always smiling, ready to help, and made us feel welcome. They worked with us during the event and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and kindness. We really enjoyed working with you, and I hope we can come back again. I highly recommend Continental Hotel Hurghada for anyone planning an event or staying at the hotel.
