The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. At the pool, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, such as moving the parasol exactly the way you want it and regularly checking if everything is okay. The restaurant is clean, neat, and hygienic. The chefs are very good and extremely friendly. Chef Boshera and Chef Ashraf in particular prepare delicious food and are always so kind and welcoming. Actually, all the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service was also excellent. Farez is incredibly friendly, works very neatly, and does a great job cleaning the room every day. The security staff at the entrance are very kind, and because of them you genuinely feel safe. The person who brings your luggage to your room and takes care of it on your last day is also very sweet and always willing to help with anything. The pool staff, such as Salem, Ahmed 1, Ahmed 2 and Mohammed Ali are very kind and friendly as well. In fact, everyone is incredibly welcoming. They do everything they can to make sure you have a great and enjoyable stay. They are simply kind and helpful. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a relaxing, fun, and wonderful time. We would definitely come back again! The only downside, in my opinion, is that the staff should be allowed to wear more comfortable and lightweight clothes in the heat. They always wear neat, long clothing, even though it’s really hot. I just wish they could wear something more comfortable and breathable. They deserve to feel comfortable too.

Cooks Club Gouna is a solid pick. service is warm and attentive. They even went the extra mile for a birthday surprise. The rooms are clean, the vibe is laid back, and the location is super convenient. Honestly, a very recommendable spot.

What a great hotel. The food is delicious (we had breakfast and dinner), the pool area and the beach are great for relaxation and the staff is very friendly. Some go above and beyond for their guests. Especially Adel in the evening working at the restaurant, and Peter from the pool bar makes delicious cocktails! The music by the pool was pretty loud in the afternoon, but alright when you chill on the beach.

We love Ccoks club so much that we came back two years in a row. The dive centre is staffed by an amazing team who really look after you and their equipment. Everything is flexible so if you decide you don’t want to dive for the next day, you can easily change this. They have their own well-maintained boat short bus, ride away and a boat team are amazing too.
