Golden Beach Resort

We had a wonderful time, and the staff were very helpful. We will be back! They paid attention to us. We had a massage, which was very good. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was always full, and as the food was eaten, they replaced it with more.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall the experience exceeded our expectations. The facilities were beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff in general were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast and lunch options were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. I would especially like to mention our housekeeper, Mustafa, who was exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and professional. He cleaned our room very thoroughly every day and always greeted us with kindness and a smile. His dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference in our stay, and we are very grateful for his excellent work. There is one point I would like to share as constructive feedback. The woman working at the pita station during breakfast and lunch was the only person preparing pitas. Each time, she asked if I wanted butter and presented it on a plate covered with a napkin where money was already placed, which made it feel like an indirect request for a tip. I fully respect tipping culture and am happy to tip when I feel it is appropriate, but this approach made me feel uncomfortable. I also noticed that when I did not leave a tip, her attitude toward me became less friendly compared to the initial interactions. This made me feel uneasy and, as a result, I avoided returning to the pita station, even though I enjoyed the food. I am sharing this as constructive feedback, as the rest of the staff were excellent and the overall experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. We created beautiful memories during our stay and would happily return in the future.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with friendly Staff and beautiful gardens with several pools and a nice beach. We enjoyed the all inclusive - free drinks and many and la carte restaurants too choose in addition to the Main buffet restaurant. Some times We gave 2 euro in tips to some waiters/emploees. We had at the Spa very nice beauty treatments by Sara and very nice massasje by Manar/Basmala. If We had questions, they helped us everywhere! We found out it was cheeper to buy post cards/stamps at the hotell than outside! There were many small shops here. We had ordered a trip to Luxor with another Company, but maybe better to have ordered it by the hotell. The hotell was clean and nice, also big rooms. Only thing is that the beds and pillows was a bit hard. We will recommend a trip to this hotell!

I was in golden beach resort hotel with my family. It was amazing time with wonderful view on a garden and beautiful and clean beach. I can recommend this hotel for sure, have nice and helpful staff, great animation for adult and child, very good meal in buffet and other restaurants, room was cleaning every day (very well) and many many thinks which give you satosfaction with your stay here. We will back for sure :) Thank You Golden Beach

30 min transport from the airport to hotel. Checked in straight away. Room was lovely and excellent view of the pools and the sea . Staff are very friendly and polite. Couldnt of asked for a better holiday
