The food at this hotel is absolutely delicious, and the daily service is exceptional. The beach is incredibly beautiful, with sea turtles, fish, and coral—perfect for snorkeling. Sunbathing on the beach is a daily pleasure, and there are various snacks and drinks available free of charge. I really, really love this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. I love this warm and welcoming place, this friendly atmosphere, and this beautiful beach and hotel.

This was our second stay in the Imperial Shams hotel for this year. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome at reception. Everyone is very friendly, receptionist, front desk managers, waiters, cleaning staff, luggage staff.... The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is also good, although sometimes repetitive for the main meal, but the salads and sweets couldn't be any better. When you see the reality outside the hotel, you understand how hard everyone there works to give guests the best possible experience. Thank you again - we will be back.

Stay at the hotel was good, food was fine. The entertainment team was the best, especially Afroto who kept us well informed about the activities and keeping up high spirits and a good mood.

Nothing but good memories! The hotel is large, spacious, and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and very, very helpful. There is a clinic nearby in case of illness and a spa for pleasure. Several swimming pools, bath towels provided daily. Comfortable large sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea. The beach was large and clean. Great view and atmosphere! And now the most important thing for me—delicious food! I have a food allergy, and Chef Ahmed Ebeid personally took care of me every day, showing me what I could eat. He was very committed, we could always talk, and thanks to that, I didn't have to worry about food. There was a large selection, even with my allergy. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel, I will recommend it to my friends and I will gladly come back!
