Imperial Shams Abu Soma

Just back to the UK but wanted to leave a review asap. To start OMG I had the most amazing room but if call it a suite and one of the best rooms in the hotel. I can honestly say the best room I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Two terraces and one had a jacuzzi. The sea views were amazing. It has been one of the most pleasant & relaxing holidays I've also had. The beach and whole resort is amazing. The staff are wonderful, from the reception, waiters, beach attendants, both the pool & lobby bar staff. Not forgetting the lovely hotel manager who will assist you with any issue. Not a noisy loud hotel so if you're looking for a lively, party hotel then this isn't for you. I thought I'd want that but actually I loved this place. I loved chilling in my huge room after dinner with my cousin. Watching films and girly time. This hotel is 45 mins from main Hurgurda strip but taxis are cheap. Went to strip one night & glad I wasn't staying there. The food is my only negative. You wouldn't starve & the staff do their best but although great flavors but limited choices. It lacks things basic things like hot fresh Toasties or paninis at pool bar as loved these instead of breakfast or sit down lunch but that's just my taste. Also very cheap to do. Thank you Imperial abu shams for a wonderful stay. If defo return 😍💕
