JAZ Soma Beach

Wow...,just wow! What a place! Stayed for 7 nights at the end of April. We're pretty well travelled but this was our first time in Egypt. It definitely won't be the last! Incredible service; the most gracious, hardworking, kind and funny staff, who took such good care of us. Very special thanks to Eslam(our poolside waiter), Rajab and Gormaa (who looked after us at Aqua Snacks and Fayrouz restaurants), Nasr (at Remal Beach and Olivio restaurants), and Julia (guest relations). I wish I could thank everyone personally for making us feel so welcome! Food was absolutely fantastic, highly recommend Fayrouz the Egyptian restaurant, but all the food was excellent across the resort. Everywhere spotlessly clean, huge room with lovely pool view. The whole team here work so hard keeping the resort absolutely pristine. Boat trips and desert buggy trip are both great fun and worth doing. Lovely spa on site - worth a visit for sure. All very relaxed and peaceful. Honestly, cannot praise this place and it's people enough - we can't wait to come back!

The most amazing experience every single staff member were so polite helpful and good company. Hassab and Ahmed were exceptional and great company. Hassab was absolutely brilliant with my son.

We were invited to our friends Mr & Mrs Gowings wedding which was held at the hotel, we were made to feel so a home all the staff we’ve so attentive and friendly, this was the 1st wedding the hotel has done and it was magical, food was amazing, beautiful clean rooms and such a well maintained hotel, we were made feel like family, we will definitely be coming again.

Luxurious resort, nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were amazing!

Have previously experienced Jaz BlueMarine twice last year.....so a fan of the Jaz Group. Jaz Soma Beach....knocks BlueMarine/Aquamarine into next week. The hotel itself is very clean and have not seen anywhere where it's not. Just the right size......a great compact hotel that is well staffed. Talking of the staff.......people are what makes an organisation work. From the Pool with Eslam and Shaaban......to the Beach Bar with Eslam the Manager, Ashraf, Ahmed and Youseff...... Front Desk with George..... Room Cleaner Mohammed..... And down to the ever present Julia from Customer Relations....... What Ambassadors to hotel and Egypt these staff are !! Thank you so much for a great holiday and we'll be back again for sure in August !! Just book it ! 😉
