JAZ Soma Beach

everything was perfect. we were most excited about the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. We loved animation program. the food was great and a great choice every day, we liked everything. the rooms were a bit older, but that didn't matter at all, it was always beautifully cleaned. we also visited the SPA, where we were excited about the massage, which was amazing. we had a little daughter with us, for whom the entrance to the sea and the slides in the pool were perfect, we were there only once, because we spent all the time mainly by the sea. thank you to the whole hotel for a wonderful holiday

This hotel is great spotlessly clean, the staff are so attentive and the food was good! Julia customer services lady was unbelievable she would walk around all the hotel every day asking all guests of any improvement’s required and we saw her on day one and said we would like 500ml bottles of water or similar as only large bottles in the room. Smaller bottles easier to carry down to beach and restaurants to fill up, that same day we had a bag with 4 x500ml bottles on our door every single day. A very simple request but dealt with immediately. Attia In the main hotel bar with his colleagues all excellent but he kept making different cocktails for my wife to try. I visited this hotel for 7 days towards the end of April with my wife and arrived to the hotel quite late and dropped our bags off and wanted to explore and eat so straight out of the room. The main buffet area had plenty of choice of everything from pasta stations, fish, meats and Vegetarian options. An enormous selection of fruit and desserts. (Plenty for all to choose) The hotel has 2 huge pools one has sectioned off kids play area with swim up pool bar in one and another next to the other pool. Adjacent to the kids play area is gym and Spa with American style type dinner with hot dogs burgers, shrimp and pizza. The hotel situated on the beach has beach bar and separate restaurant overlooking the sea, another bar opposite with canopy to give you a break from the sun if required. Plenty of sun beds with straw parasol and staff will assist you in finding a spot. Waiter service on the beach bringing you drinks all day long (all the team fantastic including animation/entertainment team.. The Hotel has a few independent shops opening night times.

The most beautiful resort I have ever visited. The staff were excellent. In particular, Hassab, our lifeguard. He made us all so welcome and could not do enough for our whole party of 32 people. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! Thank you

"I stayed at this hotel recently and it is generally an excellent place. The reception was good, the food was tasty, and the rooms were well-maintained. However, I encountered some very unprofessional behavior at the bars that was completely inappropriate. At the Shisha Bar, the staff member was ignoring guests and talking on his phone for a long time, which was very disrespectful. More importantly, at the Pool Bar, I saw the staff member touching his nose in an unhygienic way and then serving orders immediately without washing his hands. This is a serious hygiene issue and was very upsetting to see. I hope management takes strict action regarding these behaviors because the rest of the hotel is great."

Wow...,just wow! What a place! Stayed for 7 nights at the end of April. We're pretty well travelled but this was our first time in Egypt. It definitely won't be the last! Incredible service; the most gracious, hardworking, kind and funny staff, who took such good care of us. Very special thanks to Eslam(our poolside waiter), Rajab and Gormaa (who looked after us at Aqua Snacks and Fayrouz restaurants), Nasr (at Remal Beach and Olivio restaurants), and Julia (guest relations). I wish I could thank everyone personally for making us feel so welcome! Food was absolutely fantastic, highly recommend Fayrouz the Egyptian restaurant, but all the food was excellent across the resort. Everywhere spotlessly clean, huge room with lovely pool view. The whole team here work so hard keeping the resort absolutely pristine. Boat trips and desert buggy trip are both great fun and worth doing. Lovely spa on site - worth a visit for sure. All very relaxed and peaceful. Honestly, cannot praise this place and it's people enough - we can't wait to come back!
