JAZ Soma Beach

The hotel is good. It is our 20th visit to Egypt, food is good, room is good, the beach isnt the biggest but the sand is one of the smoothest. But what really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. THEY ARE AMAZING! GOOD JOB TEAM! The biggest shoutout to Shaaban - he s like the road runner. I dont know what the dude eats, but he is on full speed, always smiling and always i mean ALWAYS happy to help! Chapeau sir! You made my wife and I our stay amazing!

Jaz Soma Beach is a very good value-for-money hotel. It has an “intimate” and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. In the evenings, you can hear the animation team and some noise coming from the main square, but it didn’t bother us at all. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. The food was tasty, although a bit repetitive at times. We really appreciated the hotel’s attention to sustainability — they aim to reduce plastic usage by filtering water and providing 1L glass bottles in the rooms. There is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, but the minibar is not included. Cleanliness is impeccable. Special thanks to the staff member who cleaned room 1242 every day — everything was spotless, not only in the room but throughout the entire hotel and on the beach as well. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand, clean water, and a smooth entry into the sea. You can even see fish in the clear water, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every day on the beach, the guest relations team personally checked in with guests and made sure any issue was handled promptly. Many thanks to Julia for helping us with the AC issue in room 1242. We would also like to thank the entire team, including management, for their professionalism and friendliness. We were welcomed by warm, hardworking people who do their job with or without tips and always with a smile. We definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

A wonderful resort with beautiful surroundings and excellent hospitality. The restaurants offered a wide selection of tasty dishes, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We felt at home throughout our stay and will definitely return.

Best Stay Ever – Even Better Than Before! I spent 5 wonderful days here with my family, and it was truly our best stay ever. The food was exceptional in every restaurant. The quality, variety, and taste were outstanding. A special thanks to Chef Mohamed Azab, who was always present, checking on guests, listening to feedback, and making sure everyone was having a great experience. His attention to detail and genuine care made a real difference. The service was excellent across the entire hotel. From the front desk team to the waiters, bartenders, and every staff member we interacted with, everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. This was actually my fifth time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed by the many positive improvements. There are now more bars by the pool and the beach, the animation team offers fun activities throughout the day, and the addition of a fresh juice station at breakfast was a fantastic touch. Out of all my visits, this has definitely been my favorite. The overall experience has reached a new level, and I believe these improvements reflect the great leadership and dedication of Mr. Mohamed Salama, whose efforts are clearly visible in every aspect of the hotel’s service and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for creating such memorable family moments. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
