Hi just a quick note if you like your vodka or rum , I would recommend you bring it over from duty free, the local stuff has a different taste, I found it not to be very nice to taste you will be charged 5Euro per drink for there premium spirits At least you could have a proper drink on your balcony if you require a night cap

What makes this place special is the staff ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ They go above and beyond. The entertainment team, the waiters, the cleaners etc. ALL have been excellent and made our stay very special.

We were there for 7 nights and home early hours this morning Hotel, food and staff are amazing. Rooms are big and the resort is not huge like some so feels homely and easily navigated Just 2 pools and the one next to the kiddies pirate pool was heated One suggestion is to have a Vegatarian section in the restaurants that provide real food options like veggie lasagne, veggie curry, veggie risotto and one of the soups to always be veggie etc as there is often no real choices as a main course It's as always a meat eater can choose the veggie options if available, but a veggie won't eat the meat options Just gives more verity to the good and not so repetitive The salad, bread, potato and veg options were all of good quality and there was an egg station in the morning for omelettes and fried eggs Lots of chicken and meat options available All excursions are still going ahead. A couple at our hotel went on the cruise down the Nile trip and baloon ride All seems normal and relaxed like always even in these times with the US - Iran issues and worries on if Egypt was safe to travel Weirdly it took us less time to get through security this time than last year Airport staff are very stern and efficient and they have new scanners so you don't have to bag all your liquids up anymore... Everything had to just go in trays Remember to wear shoes you can take off easy as they have to go in the tray too with belts and watches etc Hope that helps and we would definitely return
