This was one of my best experiences in Egypt. When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with a drink and a cold, wet towel to help with the heat. The staff here are truly friendly and greet you with a smile every day. There is one man in the main restaurant who was very friendly—Hassam. There were also other very friendly people who deserve a special mention: Ahmed, Abdelrahman, Khaled, Hassem, Abd elhady, Mina, and Mohammed. The food in the main restaurant (Oasis) is truly excellent; the menu changes daily, offering plenty of variety. The quality is outstanding, and the food is served piping hot. There are delicious dishes every evening, ensuring there is always something tasty to eat. In addition to the main restaurant, you can also dine at the beach restaurant or the poolside snack bar. We ate at the beach restaurant occasionally, and the crêpes there are highly recommended. At the snack bar, you can choose from a variety of tasty options on the menu. You receive a very warm welcome from the waiters every day; we were particularly well looked after by Khaled, a very friendly man who works at the snack bar. The rooms are cleaned every day and supplied with fresh towels. It was a really great experience at Soma Beach, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

It was one of the best hotels in Egypt. The food was super good at every restaurant throughout the entire park and it was very varied. Everyone off the staff was super nice, but I would like to mention the following people in particular: •Khaled (snack restaurant), •Hassam (oasis restaurant) •Achmed (pool bar) •Hazem (bar upstairs) •Abdelrahman (Italian) •Abd Elhady (Spa) •Mohamed (Italian and snack restaurant). • Mina (bar reception) All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel, because I didn't experience anything negative; it was only positive!

Absolute gem of a hotel! 💎 If you want a quiet yet a beautiful place to spend your vacation, this is it. From the check in, great food and drinks, to perfectly spacious and clean rooms to the cozy beach.. everything here is simply wonderful 😊 What stands out the most are the people, always smiling, singing, dancing and making sure your stay is nothing but perfect! Jaz Soma Beach – Absolutely outstanding from start to finish My wife and I just got back from another week at Jaz Soma Beach and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The whole place is spotless – rooms, pool areas, beach, gardens, restaurants… everything is cleaned and maintained to such a high standard. You can tell the team really takes pride in the hotel. The staff are what made this trip special though. The animation team work so hard to make sure everyone’s having fun, and a huge shoutout to **Mariam** who was brilliant. She’s so friendly, energetic, and genuinely cares that guests are enjoying themselves. She made the daytime activities and evening shows something we actually looked forward to. Restaurant service was top tier too. Special mention to **Shaadan** – one of the best waiters we’ve come across anywhere. Always smiling and making everyone laugh, remembered our drink orders after day one. He’s a credit to the team. And the food… wow. Massive variety at the buffet, everything fresh and well presented. Theme nights were excellent, and the quality of the à la carte options was genuinely 5-star. You never get bored eating here. If you want a clean, tidy resort with amazing food and staff who go above and beyond, book Jaz Soma Beach. **Mariam** and **Shaadan** especially made our holiday, but honestly the whole team deserves credit. We are back in September for our 6th visit and our 25th wedding anniversary.
