Old Palace Resort

We spend a great time in this wonderfull hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere. All the people working at the hotel are very nice and pleasant.We were really very satisfied. The room was beautiful, clean and the food was absolutely delicious. The beach by the hotel is clean, very nice and the sea is crystal clear. The hotel is ideal for relaxation and we felt very comfortable here. Sahl Hasheesh and the area around the hotel are very beautiful, ideal for evening walks.We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back here again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Both the hotel itself and the surrounding area were absolutely beautiful, making our experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. The service was excellent throughout our stay, but we would especially like to highlight Hashem, who took care of our rooms (1265 and 1263). His housekeeping was exceptional, and we were always delighted by the creative towel art he made for us each day—it really added a special touch to our stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Been here 4 times and hotel and staff gone downhill terribly, so now won't return again. Most of the male staff rude and degrading to women. Man at taxi desk was talking saying all male staff are having sex with guests and referring to women as sex objects. It was disgusting. Less staff now and alacarte restaurants not included in all inclusive. Transferred to another room for late check out. Advised that during my shower the whole shower rail and curtain fell on me and it's not safe for guests to stay in this room, we still had to pay a fee of £60 and the manager said 'its only plastic!' So rude! I said I had a full shower and rail fall on my head and he didn't care at all and continued to still say it was safe. Staff generally gone terribly down in respect and care for guests, they make it clear they don't care anymore. When we first visited 9 years ago all the staff were so welcoming and the manager Tamar was wonderful, now other staff have started, they have let the old palace down. Once was loyal visitors of the old palace and now won't return again.

Beautiful place with amazing views and beach 30 second walk from room.Staff we're absolutely amazing and friendly and couldn't do enough to help you..Felt I was treated like royalty.Will definitely be returning

Old Palace Ressort is a very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort, offering excellent facilities for relaxation, especially the beach and sea area, which are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the attention to detail can be felt throughout the resort. Khaled from the beach area is always prompt and attentive, ready to help with anything you may need, and he truly contributes to the comfort of the guests. The animation team is cheerful and energetic, with a diverse and engaging program. Tera is very friendly and always attentive to everything happening within the animation team, Syco makes the Arabic lessons fun and interactive, and Zayna stands out for her positive energy and cheerful attitude.
