Beautiful place with amazing views and beach 30 second walk from room.Staff we're absolutely amazing and friendly and couldn't do enough to help you..Felt I was treated like royalty.Will definitely be returning

Old Palace Ressort is a very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort, offering excellent facilities for relaxation, especially the beach and sea area, which are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the attention to detail can be felt throughout the resort. Khaled from the beach area is always prompt and attentive, ready to help with anything you may need, and he truly contributes to the comfort of the guests. The animation team is cheerful and energetic, with a diverse and engaging program. Tera is very friendly and always attentive to everything happening within the animation team, Syco makes the Arabic lessons fun and interactive, and Zayna stands out for her positive energy and cheerful attitude.

We Are satysfied with the food. Its the best hotel when IT comes to food. The animátora Are great And miss Tera Is si friendly And helpful. My husband And highly recommend IT.!

Wonderful holiday. Food was best AI we have ever had (dangerously so!) hotel has fab beach and pools. Weather was great end of Jan/Feb. Hotel staff incredible..especially Mohamed Atiys in the bar who looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Had read reviews that hotel was tired but they are finishing a refurb and rooms are lovely. Will certainly come back but eat less

Excellent and unforgettable stay! We had an amazing time at Old Palace Resort in Sahl Hasheesh. The food was excellent with a great variety, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. The room was always perfectly clean. There was great entertainment from morning until evening – fun activities and a fantastic animation team. The animators were very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay even better. All the staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was an unforgettable holiday, and we would definitely love to come back!
