Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to others - new, clean (and always being cleaned which is great), well looked after, staff are friendly, speak several languages and are very accommodating, good facilities and a good location. No kids is a plus but the neighbouring hotel by the beach has kids so you can hear them there but they cannot come over to Blu Spa side of the beach. There is also a massive screen for watching football by the goldlen lounge and the blue lounge if you're interested (we were and it was great). The only minor issues we had were: 1. The food was hit or miss - somethimes really delicious and sometimes had no flavour at all. You will definitely find something to eat but it could be improved, especially in the fish department (nothing had any flavour). A nice addition would be ice cream at the cantenes all day, not just outside during the day. 2. Evening entertainment was really bad. No offence to the performers but at times we thought silence would have been better. The only times it was enterntaining was when the guests had to participate (of course that can be difficult and most people don't want to go on stage) but even then it sometimes ran too long. 3. Animation team and people offering the various tours - this might be a personal thing, but I just don't see the point of having them at all. Again, no offence to any of them personally, just the idea of being constantly bothered throughout the day to join the activities/tours is annoying. If they just announced that they were doing these activities and let people join if they want to would be better, but then again, I just would have enjoyed more silence (couldn't even read a book with all the music around). The only solution there would be to be as far away from the beach as possible where they don't come over, but we wanted to be by the beach and I guess that was the price to pay. 4. Drinks were decent but could be stronger especially in the evening - totally understand the drinks being a bit weaker during the day to avoid issues with people being in the sun etc, but in the evening could be a bit more potent. The choices are limited so would be good to improve on the quality. 5. The app is awful but you have to use it for certain bookings - most of the time you can't click on anything at all, just won't open any tabs. Really really bad, either majorly improve it or get rid of it. 6. The app said there were local spirits available in the golden lounge but we couldn't see anything like that. 7. Blue lounge had very limited food options so we always went for dinner to either Alfredo or Culina.

The main reason behind the high rates of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They are all exceptionally friendly—from the very first moment at check-in until the last minute at check-out. Their professionalism and warmth truly make a difference. The hotel facilities are also very well maintained, including the landscape, pools, beach, rooms, and restaurants. The room was spacious, featured a minibar, and was supported by attentive daily housekeeping. We stayed in a sea-view room with a large balcony, which absolutely justified the extra cost. The all-inclusive package covers three meals in addition to snacks and drinks throughout the day. There is a good variety of main dishes; however, the salad and dessert sections could benefit from more variety and improvement. One point that needs better management is the availability of sunbeds on the beach. It is quite difficult to find spots in the front rows, so better regulation would enhance the experience. The availability of heated and indoor pools is a great advantage, especially during winter. Evening shows after dinner are enjoyable, and the animation team is energetic and entertaining. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their friendliness and efforts. Hotel/Food and staff fantastic. Special mention to Mahmoud (waiter in Alfredo restaurant "Lovly jubbly") so attentive, friendly and good fun. Also thanks so much to Harun floor 4 housekeeping who kept our room beautifully and was so lovely and friendly

Had a great stay. Hotel very clean & well maintained. Staff were excellent, very attentive, nothing too much for them. Always asking if anything could be improved. Service was great. Would go back again. 😊
