Everything was great, the atmosphere, food, cleanliness everything was great

Recently stayed at the Blu Spa as an unitented solo traveller (My Mum was ill and could not travel) and want to commend the Staff who could not have made my stay more pleasant. I’ve never stayed in a PickAlbatros Hotel before but have stayed at the Baron Palace is Sahl Hasheesh and the nearby Steigneberger Aldau - both excellent but the Blu Spa was just as good. All the staff were lovely but particular stand outs for me were Mahmoud Jaballah in the Alfredo restaurant, I went there every day because He was very attentive and Belal Mohamed who did the drink service on the Beach, also Grace who’s recently joined the Entertainment Team from Nigeria - really hard working and great members of your Team and ambassadors for your brand who you should recognise. What I loved about the Hotel - the room stayed in a Elite double room and it was massive, spotlessly clean with lots of wardrobe space, lovely big balcony that was a morning sun trap and comfy beds. Hug bathroom and whilst the shower was decent it wasn’t a rain forest shower which was a bit weird. Liked the toiletries they smelled lovely. Overall the food was nice maybe slightly limited in choice loved the salads and soups, breads were also great. Thought the wine, beer and spit is were good for an AI. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Loved the spa and the treatments were epic had a 120 min reflexology and massage so relaxing. Even had a facial a first for me but it was great. Also loved swimming in the sea from the beach. We usually go in Jan/Feb when the Sea is too rough and cold s it was lovely. All in all an excellent hotel, with lovely staff and would 100% return and will also try other Pick Albatross now I know it’s a bread with high standards. Well done all!

Excellent restaurants especially chief Mohamed Ahmed

Best hotel stay we've had in years, and we've done Hurghada, Sharm, Alexandria more times than I can count at this point. The resort has great location in Hurghada, in addition to the great atmosphere and vibe of the city itself. Pickalbatros Blu Spa just gets the basics right in a way most places don't bother with anymore — clean, actually clean not "resort clean," pools well maintained, animation team had real energy every single night. They threw a foam party at the pool one day — sixty years old and I still ended up in the middle of it, genuinely enjoying every minute. No regrets. In addition to that, sitting by pool side at night drove us to quiet relaxing time.. woow. Food deserves its own paragraph. Alfredo Restaurant specifically — Abdelrahman took care of us there and it wasn't the scripted hospitality thing, felt genuine. We went back twice just for him. We were there for our anniversary and my wife's birthday, mentioned it once at check-in almost as an afterthought, and they surprised us with a room upgrade. Didn't ask for it, wasn't expecting it. One name I have to mention: Sayed Ibrahim, Assistant Front Office Manager. Sorted our late checkout, then personally made sure our Uber showed up right at the gate. Ali at reception too, helpful from the first five minutes we walked in. Only real gripe: WiFi in the lobby was noticeably slower than in the room, minor but worth mentioning. 10/10. We're going back, as it is awesome value for money.

The whole experience was amazing All staff are very nice and helpful from reception to cheifs and waitress , they made our vacation enjoyable Also their spa service was top notch , the turkish bath and massage were a life changing experience I will for sure revisit in the future A special thank you to Mr Diaa , Ali Eissa and Cheif Bakry
