This was our 2nd time here and it was just as good as the first. Many of the staff are the same and recognised us and made us feel welcomed back like family. It was our 25th wedding anniversary whilst we were here and we enjoyed a special meal at the golden lounge with song/drums and cake! We were in room 1535 and the view was lovely. Our room was cleaned to a good standard. The thing that makes this hotel are the staff, they cannot do enough for you, they go out of their way to make you happy. Mohamed in the Alfredo restaurant looked after us and our friends for our entire stay, they are all lovely but he was our stand out employee for amazing customer service. Am currently sitting in the lobby bar waiting to go down for our last lunch before we get picked up for the airport. Who knows, maybe we will be back this time next year!
