Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View

Last autumn, I spent one of my best holidays at Rixos Magawish, and this June we decided to return and stayed in the new Bay View area. All facilities are shared with Rixos Magawish Villas. We found the resort with many changes. The Turquoise restaurant is now located in Bay View and looks amazing. The à la carte restaurants have also been moved to Bay View, featuring a large capacity and a luxurious design. Everything is new, beautiful, and clean. We also found the same kind staff who do everything for the guests’ well-being. However, we also noticed some new employees who are not as respectful as the previous ones. Please take these aspects into consideration and provide training for the new staff. They should understand that this is the best resort in Egypt and that they cannot behave as they would in other resorts. Also, the housekeeping attendant in our room, Kemal, should improve the thoroughness of the cleaning. I am confident that management will take steps to address these small issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect: very good food, high-quality drinks, exceptional staff, especially those at reception and guest relations, who have an outstanding professional attitude. There is a new stage and very good shows. The beach in the Bay View area needs some improvements, but of course, you can also use the beach at the Villas, which is nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Rixos continues to live up to its name and maintain its top position in Egypt.

This our 3rd visit to Rixos Megawish we stayed in Bayview block 72 room 101 . This is the new part of the hotel. The rooms where spacious and to a high specification immaculately cleaned by Ahmed. The pool area is vast and sunbeds spaced out. The bar on site was managed by Mohamed Elbadry who gave a great level of service. The pool area is well maintained by pool staff. I can only remember Ahmed Hussien but all are fantastic . It was great to see Mohamed Zakaveya who is now pools supervisor. On our second day we met Mr Omar who welcomed us back stating 'We are part of the Rixos family' which was nice to hear. Special mention to a few of the great staff who made our stay perfect. (pool bar) Ahmed Mahmoud whom we met on our first visit. A credit to the Rixos giving the usual great customer service. (beach bar) Ahmed Fattah. Mohamed Ahmed, Samy Abdelkhalek and Ebram (reception) A Elhamid Ahmed and Abdullah Allha. We dined at Asian, Turkish, Mexican, BBQ, Italian, and for lunch Peoples. Special mention to Buales Makram. Our favourite was the Brazilian. All restaurants served good quality cuisine with a good standard of service. (Guest relations) Fatima always smiling and checking everything was good with our stay. Geraldine very pleasant and approachable. I would like to thank Mr Fakir and his exceptional team. I have no hesitation returning to this hotel and will be returning later this year. Only two minor issues: (1) Children riding scooters in restaurants and electric scooters around complex. (2) Checkout reception changing rooms/showers no AC and in a confined area which it made uncomfortable.

The location is near airport 20 min All the services are 10 clean polite kids friendly And I specially recomand the mexican restaurant with Mahmoud Elkot very special manager!

We’ve spent our beautiful evening by the sea in Salt restaurant!! Spectacular view, magnificent atmosphere! Kind and friendly staff. Especially we thank Bilal! He is very nice! We enjoyed every minute. And the food was so tasty.

Fantastic experience I got my room upgraded the minute I came for a premium penthouse The kids club is also really nice (also the personnel working there :)
