A wonderful week in Hurgada with perhaps the best all inclusive hotel in the area. The facilities and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily + a possibility to request additional cleaning services via your phone. Food is so diverse and there is also something for every diet. That you can only walk around the resort full and then lie on the beach on a stand bed enjoying a mock or cocktail. Some lesser points were the entertainment itself and the clarity where the entertainment takes place on the day itself. As a result, we were late a number of times for a show that we actually left halfway. But kudos to the effort to do several shows a day. In addition, the restaurants for which you had to book were very difficult to book. Sunday arrived the first opportunity for a restaurant was 3 days later. However, walking past the restaurants it looked very empty inside. In addition, the quality of the restaurant was also disappointing compared to the free buffet where we secretly went for dessert after the reservation. The Asian was very tasty and the Sushi was of good quality. (We are not sick and no Egyptian-Belly left) Next door the spa facilities are super good, from massage to pedicure and hairdresser. Everything was clean, neatly maintained and very friendly staff. The price is more expensive than the European prices we are used to but it was definitely worth it With all these pros and cons, this experience is a 9’9 out of a 10 experience and this resort has made her worth 5 stars.
