We have had a fab time. Staff have been amazing would do anything for you. But unfortunately I would not come back to the hotel it’s to busy in evening in the restaurant

Never a 5 star rating, Went with family & Friends 22 of us , My oldest son ,Wife & 15yr old Grandaughter were out in a room with double bed & Z bed right next to them no privacy ,they got another room, I was on my other sons booking , We were sent to other side of hotel With 2 apartments , My son & Wife have 3 kids oldest 17 all in 1 room ,no Privacy , for 17yr old but quite happy to take adult price ,My son complained & they said they would move us on The Monday , On The Sunday my daughter inlaw went to the wardrobe to get a towel for .y grandson , She couldnt believe what was staring at her ,My son phoned Reception to get someone immediately, they didnt believe him but as soon as he produced a video of the size of the thing they panicked, My Daughter inlaw got a photo of it after they caught the ugly hairy thing size of a small cat , Droppings all over wardrobe & clothes ,We got moved to other appartments , As for hotel The staff deserve to be in another better place they were brilliant & helpful in every way , The food Well , 2nd day we were there my wife & Me were 1st inthe que for 1 ock lunch when we got in apart from chips & pasta all dishes were look warm , We asked the question why this is to catering manager he said he didnt realise this next day there was steam coming of all containers when you looked to see what was in them , Still not the best food , As for the bars ,Staff are amazing we used pool bar & inside bar , only thing Wrong when they take your plastic glass or coffe cup & give it a 2 second rinse under tap no detergent gets used & you wonder how germs are passed on , Thers a couple of bars & restaurants within walking distance outside back gate we used decent prices , This is our 1st & last time to Egypt as this hotel has put us off ,

Please read all this statement I know it’s very long but it will put your mind at ease and answer most questions. I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was very mixed. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was repetitive, lacked variety, and wasn't up to the standard we expected. What was even more concerning was the hygiene around the buffet. On numerous occasions, we witnessed women using the serving spoons to taste the food by putting the spoons into their mouths and then placing the same spoons back into the dishes for everyone else to use. We reported this to the chefs every time we saw it happen, but nothing was done to stop it or replace the contaminated serving utensils. This was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Another major issue was the guest relations desk. It was completely disorganised, with people constantly pushing in front of others while staff did very little to manage the queues. Many guests would simply push in front of you, were rude, and would stare at you as if that behaviour was acceptable. It made what should have been a simple process stressful and frustrating. Safety around the pools was also a concern. We met a British family whose father cut his foot very badly on the sharp tiles at the bottom of the orange waterslide on their first day. By the fourth day, the wound had become so severe that he needed medical treatment. Sadly, we then experienced something similar ourselves. On our last day, my daughter was playing in the pool when the sharp tiles sliced her foot open, and she also had to seek medical attention. Both incidents were reported to the hotel, but as far as we could see, nothing was done to address the problem or make the area safer. The people who truly make this hotel are the animation team, bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and hospitality staff. Without their hard work, I honestly don't think the hotel would have the reputation it has. I also raised a serious hygiene concern with management regarding the ladies' toilets near the restaurant. On several occasions, I personally witnessed women washing faeces from their young children's bottoms (around three years old) in the sinks after using the toilets. Other guests were then expected to use those same sinks to wash their hands. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant, and despite reporting it to management, nothing appeared to be done about it. What was also disappointing was hearing directly from members of staff about their working conditions. Several members of the animation and hospitality teams told us that management are unwilling to invest money into improving the hotel. They also explained that the animation team earn around $180 a month, while some hospitality staff earn around $100 a month and rely heavily on tips to make a living. We were also told many employees work for two months straight before receiving just ten days' leave to travel home and see their families. Many staff said they are unhappy, feel they are spoken to badly by management, and would leave if they had better opportunities. Hearing this was genuinely upsetting because the staff work incredibly hard every single day and deserve far better treatment. Despite these issues, there were several members of staff who made our holiday special and deserve recognition. Haitam in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding. He always went above and beyond for my family, remembered what we liked, and made every mealtime enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He is a huge credit to the hotel and, in my opinion, deserves a promotion. Abdul Rahman from housekeeping was exceptional. Our room was always spotless, and he was so kind, caring, and friendly with our children. He genuinely made them smile every single day and is one of the sweetest, hardest-working people we've ever met. Amir from the excursions desk was simply incredible. I cannot recommend booking with him enough. He made our holiday unforgettable and was always there whenever we needed help, even when it had absolutely nothing to do with excursions. When my daughter became very ill with severe "Egypt belly," Amir went above and beyond to help us. His kindness, care, and support meant the world to our family, and I'll never be able to thank him enough. He is an absolute asset to this hotel. Finally, a huge thank you to the animation team—Zika, Joe, Moody, and Tommy. These guys were fantastic throughout our stay. They were always friendly, welcoming, full of energy, and worked tirelessly every single day to keep guests entertained. They are a massive part of what makes this hotel enjoyable. Overall, this hotel has some truly amazing staff who deserve so much better. They are the reason many guests return. Sadly, poor management, disappointing food, repeated hygiene concerns, safety concerns around the pool, and a lack of investment let the hotel down. I sincerely hope management starts listening to both its guests and its hardworking staff because this hotel has so much potential. If I were ever to return, it would only be on a self-catering basis to avoid the food issues we experienced, and it would be purely because of the incredible staff. People like Haitam, Abdul Rahman, Amir, and the animation team—Zika, Joe, Moody, and Tommy—made our holiday enjoyable despite the hotel's shortcomings. They are the true heart of this hotel and deserve far more recognition and appreciation than they receive. I genuinely hope things improve because this hotel has the potential to be fantastic. However, until management addresses the food quality, hygiene standards, pool safety, organisation, and the way their hardworking staff are treated, I cannot honestly recommend it based on our experience.

The Food and the entertainment team was absolutely shocking. The restaurant is not big enough for the hotel always full and big ques and full of rude people pushing in front of you. Receptions team are absolutely useless they are no help whatsoever.

We are here 5 time and every time we are every time happy with thia hotel.. But who make our vacation even better every year is amazing animation team who is like our family now😁
