
Our recent stay at this resort and our review. The food selection was quite limited, with a heavy focus on fish and meat dishes. On two separate occasions, my partner was served burgers that were undercooked, which was disappointing and concerning. We noticed that some guests were using food utensil’s for any items of food not giving any concern for cross contamination of food or food allergies some people staying at the resort may have. Food was being wheeled around the resort from one restaurant to another. Another issue we encountered was the behaviour of some guests staying at the resort. There was a lot of queue-jumping and pushing in & disrespectful towards English guests - this came from people of different nationalities, which created an unpleasant atmosphere at times. They were disrespectful when it come to tiding up after themselves they would leave plates cups and empty food containers just lying around to be blown here there and everywhere. We was informed by one staff member that it is normally for some of the different nationalities to be disrespectful & unpolite when they are staying at this resort. The entertainment team were rarely visible throughout the day, other than around 10am and 3pm for their dance routines. We also found some members of the entertainment team to be unprofessional when interacting with guests, asking inappropriate questions and speaking in a manner that made us uncomfortable, there was several guests who where informed off the reasons why one of the entertainment team was sacked - this was extremely inappropriate information to be shared with guests staying at the resort. Service at the pool bar was inconsistent. At the beginning of our stay, one member of staff repeatedly walked past us without serving us. On one occasion, we waited at least 30 minutes and still weren’t served. Towards the end of our holiday, however, this improved and we were served more regularly. On a positive note, our room was kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our cleaner did a fantastic job every day and worked hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which we really appreciated. The lifeguards also deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to ensure guest safety and we witnessed them entering the water on two occasions to assist children who were struggling. Their professionalism and attentiveness were excellent. Most of the resort staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Tarek, who organises excursions and trips. He was professional, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, making us feel valued as guests. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, particularly the cleanliness, lifeguards and helpful staff, the issues with food quality, entertainment professionalism and inconsistent bar service would make us very unlikely to return or recommend this hotel.

From the first step in you will find a remarkable thing different than any other hotel which is receptionis, Mr.Rizk takes his duty to another level you fell that you are taking with your friend , He does his best to make you feel that you are at your home between your friends. And Mr.Gamal also and all reception staff very professional & friendly and proffisinal. The a la cart experience was so amazing. Hotel has a good atmosphere full of fun and generosity. The restaurant staff and room service staff need more evaluation and enhance. Overall staying was comfortable.
We have just got back from an 11 night stay in this hotel and I have very mixed reviews. The first couple of days were great, the staff were really nice and they paid full attention to you and the place was really clean. Unfortunately that changed very quickly when an influx of local residents came to stay at the hotel. The atmosphere changed a lot. The amount of mess they caused was disturbing and disgusting. The staff members didn’t really seem to care about other nationalities other than the local residents. The bar staff would always serve them first despite other people waiting. The locals would just come over shouting and demanding their order straight away. They pushed in line during lunch and dinner they piled up their plates and wasted so much food. I spoke to a few members of staff and they hate it when local residents go to the resort because of how messy and how their attitudes are this does seem to be a common occurrence of their attendance at the resort. The food itself wasn’t great me and my partner avoided eating in the restaurant for lunch and dinner because of how chaotic it was. There was a lot of cross contamination with other guests using the same spoon for different foods. Our room was always spotless so shoutout to Ahmed who always asked if we needed anymore water in the room if we bumped into him. A special shoutout to the lifeguards who were just fantastic they worked extremely hard not only watching and making sure all the guests were okay but also cleaning up after the local residents. The beach really isn’t nice the sand is rock hard and there are lots of stones. If you want to go into the sea then you need to be wearing shoes as that is also full of rocks. Overall I definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again.
