Our stay was great in the hotel the staff very friendly and working good The restaurants has a great taste of food and the service excellent The animation also good we enjoyed the activities with them

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staff (Especially Mahmoud the housekeeper and Khaled the bartender). The rooms were clean and spacious. We record a very warm welcome and complimentary welcome drink. The food was okay. Every evening during dinner had a different theme. However I didn't really enjoy the a la carte restaurants that required seperate reservation (for example, the pasta af the Italian restaurant Basilicum was too watery and lacked flavor). Being next to Alora it felt like a smaller version of it. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, since you are allowed to use all of their facilities. There are plenty of water slides. I didn't notice much of the entertainment myself, but that was mainly because it took place in areas where I didn't spend much time (like the foam party on the beach). Sometimes it was a bit annoying being approached everywhere by people selling services, but I understood that you can use a red flag to indicate you don't want to be disturbed. Overall, we had a wonderful week. Oh and another side note, there wasn't an elevator to go from the lobby to the pools area,only stairs.

The botel is great we had a nice time the service , room everything is perfect ! We would like to visit next time also thabks a lot
