Our first time to Egypt, we have traveled all over and can honestly say we have never experienced service, cleanness and food like we have here. We spent most days at the beach mostly due to the fantastic friendly service we received from our beach bartenders Mostafa & Hassan who went above and beyond. They greeted us every morning and always smiling with superb service. We ran pubs for years and I would have employed them immediately. They are a credit to the hotel and made our stay one to remember. Also our housekeeper Mahmoud who went beyond anything we could of ever expected, the art he did on our beds was unreal, flashing fairy lights, flowers and animal shapes of all description, he kept our water topped up and coffee and milk. Rooms are stunning, we overlooked the pool and sea. Reception staff amazing in fact everyone was. We are booking to come back for sure
