Perfect experience for a 10 day vacation. Our main goal was snorkelling, and their hotel reef is absolutely worth swimming around. The hotel itself has a beautiful garden design, and the little buildings with rooms are private and comfortable. Tip: take a picture of a week menu of animation activities and take it into account when planning your day (for example, aqua gym means a bit of noise for 30 minutes in the pool in the morning). The hotel located on a bit windy area but it’s even good when it’s a scorch and oppressive heat in a daytime. The absolute win is the staff: genuinely welcoming, pleasant to communicate in any occasion, and they bring real relaxing vibes while staying absolutely professional. The food in the buffet is 10 out of 10 (actually we like it even more than in Charmillion’s a la carte restaurants). There are also beach and pool bars for light snack and refreshing drinks during the day. Many thanks to Rashad who serves drinks and brings positive emotions every time you see him, and to Mostafa at the reception for his kind assistance with checkout. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxed vacation experience (and you can make amazing snorkelling tours if you’re tired of doing nothing).

Our stay at Charmillion Sea Life was truly wonderful. The hotel has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful territory, clean rooms, delicious food, and an amazing sea view. A special thank you to Mostafa and Karam at the reception. They were incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with any question. Thanks to them we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for during our stay. Their attitude and hospitality made our experience even more special.
