I’ll be honest — the first couple of days I had a few little hiccups and issues, but the way the whole team stepped in and sorted everything out was nothing short of amazing. They turned things around so smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. The management here really go above and beyond. The main manager Emil was absolutely brilliant and such a great help a sweetheart — nothing was ever too much trouble. The reception managers, restaurant managers, and even the manager out at the aquapark and gardens were all incredible. I have to give a special mention to that aquapark and garden manager — he even made fresh sushi for me himself! Such a lovely, personal touch I’ll never forget. A very big thank you and also a sincere sorry to all the lifeguards — thank you so much for putting up with my son and being so incredibly patient with him. They completely understood that he has autism, and never once got cross or told him off. He was pulling the ropes, swinging around, and even squirting them with his water gun, but they just smiled and went along with it. The amazing guys at the wave pool even jumped right in and played with him! Those lifeguards were absolutely outstanding — real stars. Every single member of staff is outstanding — so polite, well-mannered, friendly, and always ready with a smile. And a massive thank you too to all the bar workers near reception and the main bar — all the Mohammeds, every single one of you! I can’t remember all your names, but you were all amazing, top people, and we love you so much for how you looked after us. Even the people working in the little shops around the grounds were wonderful and made you feel welcome everywhere you went. To all parents who have children with autism — please be reassured and relieved: this hotel truly caters for you and your child. They understand completely and will do everything possible to meet every single one of your needs. I had specific requirements for my son — I brought his own cheese and spaghetti from the UK, and even wanted him to be able to make pizza using his own cheese. The staff helped me with every single part of this, followed every request exactly, and there was absolutely nothing that upset me or caused any stress. It made such a huge difference to our holiday. What I loved most is that you can move freely between all the different water parks and hotel areas, even well into the evening — so there’s always something fun to do whenever you feel like it. And let’s not forget the rest: the food was amazing, with so much choice and every meal tasting delicious. The hospitality feels warm and genuine from start to finish, the entertainment team were brilliant and kept everyone happy, and honestly — everything about this place is amazing. Yes, we had those small issues at the start, but how they handled them proved exactly how good they are. A massive thank you to every single person working here — you made our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back in August and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation! Love me Armaan and Mohamed ♥️♥️
