Theres only 1 good point about this hotel is that it's clean. Do not stay here its awful. Its very out dated. The WiFi is poor. Some of the staff were rude. No kettle in rooms. Can only get bottled water after 10am. The electric goes off for hours. The food is dreadful we spent a fortune buying our own food. The entertainment is non existent.

A few positives to start with: Our room was clean and the cleaners came every day, honestly the best staff on site. The two pools are great and there’s never an issue getting a lounger. The pool guy at the smaller pool deserves a shout‑out; another guest told us he’d jumped in twice to help kids who got into difficulty. The gardens are also well maintained and look lovely. Now for the not‑so‑good: The food is terrible. Breakfast includes some very strange choices, mashed potato and burgers, which I’m pretty sure nobody eats first thing in the morning anywhere in the world. There’s no waiter service, no real greeting, and you genuinely feel like a burden when asking questions or ordering drinks. We quickly realised this hotel is known for the unpleasant stomach bug Egypt is famous for. The food was so bad we ended up going food shopping ourselves. Thankfully there’s a fridge in the room, but no kettle or iron. You’d expect water bottles to be delivered daily, but apparently water is another thing the hotel feels burdened by. You can only request it from the bar after 10am, which is ridiculous given the heat, it should be available 24/7. Mosquitoes are another level here. You WILL get bitten. They only started spraying on the day we left, after loads of complaints. a bit late for everyone who’d already been eaten alive. The Entertainment is very poor with no interaction or timetable provided, its very hit and miss. Outside the hotel is basically a construction site. Broken roads, uneven paths, dust everywhere and none of this was mentioned before booking. The hotel itself is in a very run‑down area of Sharm. Derelict hotels and closed shops are plentiful. You’ll need taxis to get to Soho Square or Naama Bay, although it is only a few minutes from Farsha Café, which I’d highly recommend. Overall: If you’re booking with the intention of relaxing on‑site for most of your stay, I would definitely not book here. It’s a very poor hotel and, for a small extra cost, you can stay somewhere that actually gives you the great hospitality that Egypt is known for. How this hotel scores highly on here is mind boggling.
