Lovely location, easy access to beach and town. Food good choices and rooms comfortable. Everything you need for relaxing holiday. Staff and entertainment team brilliant. Good value for money, everything ran smoothly.

I've been to Falcon Hills a few times, I keep returning as your made most welcome. All the staff are fantastic at their jobs. Rooms are a good size, always clean, 2 pools the small one at the rear of the hotel is heated, plenty of sunbeds, you get a card for sunbathing towels when you arrive at check-in, food was really good and plenty of it, the roast beef a few weeks ago was so delicious. Pirates dive centre is located to the left of the large swimming pool, there's also a spa-hairdresser located at Falcon Hills. If you decide that you want a kettle just ask at the reception and they will sort this out for you. I can't fault this hotel or staff that's why I'm returning to Falcon Hills twice this year. The entertainment and the animation staff were fabulous 👌 They are all like family and I call Falcon Hills my second home ❤️

We have just returned and are looking to book again for November we enjoyed it that much. 😎😎 We arrived late after a delayed flight and a long delay coming through customs so didn’t arrive at the hotel till way past 9pm dinner cut off but reception quickly put our wristbands on and said to go through to eat and go back after to complete check in. We were taken to our room which was spacious and clean after a long day we decided to retire for the night, a couple of hours later we were woken by loud commotion which went on and on, I went to reception to see if we could change to a quieter room, unfortunately the hotel was full but were told to return the following afternoon, we did and we were given another room no problem at all thank you reception you were fantastic 😄 Beach/pool towels provided which can be changed whenever you like Room 237 cleaned daily with clean bedding and towels made in to animals left on the bed each day by our very creative cleaner 😄 Food was good and tasty with plenty of variety 😋😋 All the staff at the hotel work very long hours and are happy and cheerful they can’t do enough for you 😃 The entertainment team ensuring everybody is entertained and having fun 😃 Thank you for a fantastic holiday Falcon Hills we will be back xx 😎🏖️ 1 top tip don’t use the shop to the side of the hotel he charges 3 times the price as the other local shops 🤬
