Falcon Naama Star

3 star hotel with 5 star staff. I say 2 star because we were lucky to have gotten 2 hot showers in 12 days. When mentioned, reception advised there was nothing they could do. The pool was freezing; we ended up at the beach every day, as the sea was much warmer. That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing and accomodated our every need. I didnt enjoy the food, the resturaunt manager noticed that i was just eating salad, so made sure there was fresh meat of my choice made for me each day which was a nice touch. The hotel is a little ways from the beach, but its a lovely walk there and back, with designanted sun loungers for the hotel guests. Dont buy from the hotels perfume shop they are so overpriced, we ended up using the fixed price shop for all our holiday bits to take home (no hassling to buy). We wil be returning, i can cope with cold showers andd a cold pool for a short time.

This was our second visit to Falcon Naama Star and overall we had another lovely holiday. The rooms were nice and cleaned regularly, which we really appreciated. However, the bathrooms definitely need updating, and we did struggle with hot water at times. We mentioned this at reception but unfortunately nothing was sorted during our stay. The staff in the bar, restaurant, pool area and housekeeping were absolutely fabulous – friendly, welcoming and always happy to help and had remembered us from our last stay which was lovely. . Sadly, we didn’t have the same experience with the reception staff, who came across quite rude most of the times. And unfortunately the animation team were a little uninterested, we didnt appreciate being ask for our phones so they could write a review, so not sure which reviews are true to fact but this one definitely is. The hotel is in a perfect location for Naama Bay, just a short walk away which was ideal for us, lots of shops, bars, restaurants & the beach also. The food was lovely, and the chefs were happy to cook something different if you asked, which was a really nice touch. One thing that did disappoint us this time though was the beer. It seems to have changed and is now a 10% beer, which really wasn’t very nice.it’s apparently there local beer … & has spirits in so obviously that’s why it’s so strong. As a couple who enjoy a beer in the sun, this was a bit of a shame. We ended up buying bottled beer, but felt a bit frustrating when you’re staying all inclusive. Overall though, for a 3-star hotel it was perfect for what we needed. The sun was shining, we met lots of lovely guests, and that really helped make our holiday enjoyable. We would definitely consider returning again.

This is a 2 star hotel with a 5 star staff the rooms need updating especially the bathroom which all have walk in shower beds comfortable and for a holiday stay are fine this hotel is not for wheelchair users as lots of stairs and no lifts the food is ok staff will prepare and cook something different for you if required usually chicken and fries desserts are very good the staff here ate excellent nothing is too much trouble but sadly the animation team (who are new) let it down they are not enthusiastic at all and everything seems an effort for them no smiles or conversation it's as if they don't want to be there they struggle with English except one the lady from Armenia on animation team is lovely and puts her heart and soul into things as for music they play what they like not what suits everybody it's the same music every morning and afternoon it's so repative they are very young and in my opinion immature but all I'm all it's a nice hotel and I have stayed at lest 5 times and would definitely come back

This is our 4th time at the hotel. It is extremely clean, in the rooms and around the hotel itself. We love the location and the staff are incredible, we are always greeted like family by Aref, Osama and Zak. They cannot do enough to make our stay memorable. Hatim By the pool always makes our stay special with his jokes and always getting our favourite sun beds ready. It’s always great to see them all. The staff make the hotel as good as it is! The food at the hotel is good. They will try and accommodate with anything you need. However the drinks aren’t the best. The beer is 10% and undrinkable. The bar will only use disposable plastic cups most of the day and this lets the hotel down quite a bit. The outside bar closes at 9pm and then you need to go inside to get a drink. There is no where to sit and drink outside. The entertainment at the hotel isn’t great at all. We usually go for walks into naama bay as it’s a few minutes away. I was quite annoyed at the entertainment team asking to use my phone write a review as it isn’t true to how we feel about our stay. For a cheap break away this place is great however if you like a 5 star luxury stay this isn’t it. We return again and again because we love the staff and know that it’s a good 3 star hotel. If the staff changed then we would probably find somewhere else to stay.
