Falcon Naama Star

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the hair salon located at the hotel. I have had keratin hair straightening treatments many times before, so I know how this treatment should be performed. Unfortunately, my hair was severely damaged during the treatment. My hair was badly burned from the roots at the top of my head and throughout the lengths. It became extremely dry, brittle and yellow. I was so embarrassed that I travelled home wearing a hat, and I am still wearing a hat because I feel ashamed to go outside with my hair like this. I had long hair before the treatment. I have already had around 10 cm cut off and had to change my hairstyle completely to a bob. I have already had my hair trimmed twice, but it is still in terrible condition and I may need to cut another 5–7 cm. I am also afraid to colour it because I am worried about causing even more damage. What made the situation even worse was the way my complaint was handled. The manager did not accept responsibility, did not offer me any meaningful help or solution and refused to refund the money I paid for the treatment. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I paid for a professional treatment and was left with severely damaged hair and a completely different hairstyle. I would not recommend using the hair salon at this hotel.

Really enjoying my first solo holiday in this hotel I will definitely be booking again. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming the food is good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Naama Bay and close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was good with a nice variety, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Special thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Falcon Naama Star Hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. I’m looking forward to coming back again! ❤️

We had a really enjoyable stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The location is excellent, very close to Naama Bay and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options. Special thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and positive attitude. Definitely a great choice for a relaxing holiday in Sharm El Sheikh. We would be happy to come back again! ❤️🌴
