My opinion about the hotel is mixed. The biggest advantages are definitely the hotel’s location, the cleanliness of the rooms, access to a beautiful coral reef from the hotel beach, the peace and quiet, and the possibility to truly relax within the hotel complex. The downsides are the decor, the terrible breakfasts, the lack of snacks between meals, and the fact that alcohol and drinks at the bars very often run out. There was also constant competition with other tourists for coffee and cakes. Additionally, the hotel staff showed little interest or willingness to help, the entertainment program was almost non-existent, and the food was very monotonous. Apart from that, what you see in the photos advertising the hotel is very far from reality.

Very good , nice rooms and good stuff

The hotel is in a beautiful place in Dahab with amazing views of the sea and mountains. The reef is very nice for snorkeling and you can see many fish. The hotel is far from shops, but there is a free bus to Dahab. Overall, the hotel could be good. It has 3 swimming pools and the rooms are nice. The biggest problem is the restaurant and bar. During the first 2 days, drinks like vodka or beer were often missing. The alcohol tasted bubbly and watered down. When we asked for 2–4 shots, the staff asked “why?” in a rude way, even though they could see we were a group. Many guests were complaining, so later they changed a little. The restaurant was often dirty and the food was usually cold. Breakfast was very limited. One day they made pizza by the pool, but nobody could take any because they wanted to make photos first for Facebook and social media. It looked more like they prepared the pizza for social media photos than for the guests. The pizza was there only for a few minutes, not enough for guests. I know this is not an expensive hotel and I stayed in other 3-star hotels before, but they should not offer all inclusive if they cannot provide good service. The photos on Facebook look amazing, but the reality is very different. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated on Google and TripAdvisor and deserves a maximum rating of 2–3 stars. I also noticed that negative comments on the hotel’s Facebook page seem to be deleted. Some staff were nice, but some were very rude. The best things were the massages and the trips we booked from the man near reception.

Do not go here. The hotel is terrible, and the staff are unhelpful and unprofessional. During room cleaning, my personal belongings were thrown away, and someone moved and touched my underwear, which was left in a different place than I had arranged. In addition, for some reason one of the staff members was staying in a room next to mine. He woke me up at 00:30 by making a lot of noise, talking to someone, and playing music. When I contacted the reception, no one came or addressed the issue. I had to call three times before anyone came to deal with the situation. The food is also very poor. I got food poisoning after eating rice and beef. The weather has also been unpleasant—windy and cold—even though it is the end of March, so I have not been able to enjoy the sea. None of my missing belongings were found or returned. There was also dog feces left in a public area, which was not cleaned for several hours. If I could give negative stars, I would. This vacation has been a nightmare. P.S. After I submitted my complaint to the tour operator, the hotel administrator ran up to me and told me to pack my things and leave the hotel, adding that he did not care where I would go. Shortly afterwards, another man approached and began aggressively waving his arms in front of me. I am currently preparing a formal complaint to the tour operator. If there is no response from the tour operator, I will escalate the matter by contacting the Ministry of Tourism of Egypt as well as the European Consumer Centre.
