We have visited Ivy Cyrenne hotel in Sharm echeick. Honesty it was an amazing experience, excellent customer service, very friendly team. I want to say thank you to MINA SAMIR. He is a waiter in the restaurant, during our holiday he was very helpful,serving people with his beautiful smile. I will never forget this trip and I will recommend IVY CYRENNE to my friends in London and Algeria. Thank you for the beautiful moments and a special thank you for the professional service that Mina Asmir was providing .

The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the management staff and the complete mismatch between what was promised and what we actually experienced. We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 a.m. Since the official check-in time was 2:00 p.m., I paid extra for early accommodation. A staff member assured me that, because we were a group of six people, we would be provided with two rooms temporarily until 2:00 p.m. However, instead of the promised two rooms, we received only one. It was in a terrible sanitary condition, with a strong unpleasant smell and mold that had obviously been there for years. At 2:00 p.m., when it was time for our official check-in, I expected us to receive two adjacent rooms, especially because we were traveling with minor children. Instead, Mohamed Nabil offered us rooms that were far apart. Even more shocking was the fact that the room initially presented as a temporary room turned out to be the same room we were expected to stay in for the rest of our vacation. When I calmly tried to explain the situation and find a solution, Mohamed Nabil bluntly told me that there were no other rooms available. His attitude was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology and no willingness to help. What was even more shocking was that he refused to listen to me at all and simply said, “Goodbye.” For a paying guest who had even paid extra for early check-in, this kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. Only after the situation brought me to tears were we finally given two adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, the sanitary conditions remained just as bad. The bathroom was covered with mold that appeared to have been neglected for years and could only be properly removed through major renovation. I would also like to mention the unpleasant attitude of another member of the management staff in the restaurant. While we were eating, he repeatedly approached us, waving his hands and saying, “Eat, eat,” clearly trying to rush us through our meal. It felt disrespectful and humiliating. As I was traveling with three children, I took three bread rolls for them to eat later as a snack. The way I was treated made me feel like a thief, even though I had seen other guests taking food out of the restaurant on their plates. This left me with the impression that we were treated differently because of our nationality. I would like to emphasize that the regular employees, such as the housekeeping and service staff, were very kind, polite, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the managers and senior staff showed the exact opposite attitude—rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects cleanliness, professionalism, respectful treatment, and customer service that matches the standards the hotel claims to provide.

We have just returned from an amazing all-inclusive holiday at Ivy Cyrene in Sharm El Sheikh, and we had a brilliant time. The Egyptian people are incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was good with a great variety of both local and international cuisine every day. We were especially well looked after by the restaurant manager, Hamada, who made our dining experiences fantastic. The animation team kept everyone thoroughly entertained. A special shout-out to Roqa, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fun! The hotel manager, Mohamed Nabi, is highly responsive and professional. He immediately sorted out the minor problems we experienced. For example, when our air conditioning broke, he had it fixed within just a few minutes. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a very pleasant stay at Ivy Cyrene Island. The rooms were clean, the hotel was good, and all the staff were kind and helpful. The animation team was also very good and always tried to keep guests entertained. However, the person who really made the difference during our holiday was Eliana. She is an Italian entertainer full of energy and positivity. She organized fantastic activities such as Zumba, aqua gym, and the mini disco for the children. Her enthusiasm and dedication made our stay much more enjoyable. Without Eliana, our experience would not have been the same. She is a true asset to the hotel, and we would like to thank her for making our vacation special.
