I spent 10 days at the hotel in April. Unfortunately, the hotel has just as many pros as it does cons. Let’s start with the positives. The hotel is in a great location, right by a beautiful sandy beach. The coral reef near the hotel is amazing. The grounds are very well-maintained, with lovely greenery. Overall, it’s very clean. The gym is well-equipped. The food in the main restaurants is good. Of the à la carte restaurants, I recommend the grill restaurant and the Indian restaurant. The alcoholic drinks are average, but the coffee in the main bars is very good. The staff are very friendly, hard-working and deserve tips. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there are probably about 20 swimming pools throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, there are also some downsides. The hotel is mainly geared towards Italian families with children. Italians very often don’t queue at the bars but push in front of others, which is very rude. Every day, they leave a lot of rubbish on the beach (photo), which often ends up floating in the sea when the tide comes in. Italian children run around the main restaurant unsupervised, creating a hazard. On several occasions, I witnessed children picking chocolate out of cakes or taking a slice of cake and then putting it back in the same place, which was disgusting. My worst experience was when a little Italian girl defecated in the shower at the public swimming pool, and the embarrassed staff had to disinfect the whole area. What were her parents doing? Why weren’t they keeping an eye on her? I’ve visited a great many family-friendly hotels around the world, but this was the first time in my life I’d encountered such a situation. The entertainment in the main amphitheatre is only for Italians. When we went there on the first day, we were politely asked to leave, even though the amphitheatre was only half full. I’ve never encountered such a strange situation, even though I’ve visited many places around the world. The person in charge of the sun loungers on the beach has a very strange habit of washing the loungers with a hose at 4.40 pm every day. This creates an unpleasant sense of pressure to leave the beach quickly, even though many people would like to stay a little longer. On several occasions, I was ‘accidentally’ splashed with water, or items left on sun loungers by guests were also ‘accidentally’ got wet. In a hotel of this standard, I consider such behaviour to be rude towards guests. I would also advise to be careful with the fruit in the main restaurant; it is sprayed with chemicals and causes diarrhoea. To sum up, the hotel has great potential, and the staff work hard to maintain its prestige. Unfortunately, all this is ruined every day by irresponsible guests and their children. Would I return to this hotel? Probably not, though perhaps in the future if it becomes adults-only.
Hope moment with Ahmed on the bar. A good and kind Guy. Wonderfull place
A good and clean hotel with a well thought out territorial location. The food was quite diverse, it has several restaurants. The entrance to the sea is one of the best being smooth, perfect for both those who can swim and those who can't. Entertainment program is diverse every evening, so you don't have time to get bored. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is one of the best possible, I have returned with great pleasure already for the 2nd time and I will definitely come back. wonderful location, very close to the old town, the entrance to the sea is 10/10. The territory is perfectly arranged, everything is very conveniently located. A big thank you to the entire staff who made sure everything was perfect, animation staff are wonderful.
We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was lovely, and the service was excellent. The waiter was especially amazing—always smiling, helpful, and going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Thanks for everything my friend Ahmed we had great time🙏🏼🫡
