First of all, a big thank you to **all reception team**, the dive center, and all staff members. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and left a great impression on us. I would also like to make a special mention of General Manager Mehmet Bey and the head chef for their efforts. The à la carte restaurants were excellent. Especially the French restaurant – it is a bit hidden and therefore less crowded, but truly a hidden gem in terms of quality and atmosphere. As a Turkish guest, I had seen many jokes on Instagram like “go to Egypt if you want to lose weight.” I can confidently say this was not the case here. The food was delicious, especially the cold dishes and meze selections. In fact, portions in the à la carte restaurants could even be slightly reduced, as there is unfortunately some food waste. The hotel was generally very clean, including the rooms. However, we did notice that on days without tipping, the level of cleaning slightly decreased. This might be a cultural detail, but worth mentioning. All service staff—from shuttle drivers to waiters, from lifeguards to housekeeping, and even the lobby staff who greeted us by name—were very kind and professional. One small point: at the coffee and drink bars, there were occasionally moments of tension between staff, and voices could get a bit loud. We didn’t understand the reason, but it did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Im going to start with how gorgeous this hotel is. Thank you to the amazing staff here.We have had a great time its been our 2nd visit. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily our cleaner has been fantastic. The food has been good especially the ala carte restaurants 10/10 presentation and staff were very helpful and chatty. In the evening theres plenty to do with quite a few different bars for drinks..special mention to Ahmed at the upstairs sports bar always been a lovely hard working guy.. Also Ali at the bar by the heated pool hes been fantastic and works very hard he always smiles. The lifeguards and sied by the heated pool have also been amazing nothing is too much effort for them always looked after us.i don't have anything negative to say about this place. Highly reccomend we will miss u all. Also like to say thank u to the manager hes been brilliant with us hes such a great chatty guy... Hope to be back here again in the future 🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ from us.

We just returned from a week-long stay at ROBB in Sharm El Sheikh, and "amazing" doesn't even begin to cover it. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The Service & Staff The staff here are truly spectacular and the heartbeat of the resort. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, but what impressed us most was their attention to detail—they actually remembered our drink orders after just one day! Adults-Only Pool & Bar: A special shout-out to the team and the lifeguards here. They made our relaxation time seamless and were always on hand with a smile. Housekeeping: Our room was spotless thanks to Abdullah. Not only was it clean, but he went above and beyond by leaving gorgeous flowers and creative towel decor that made coming back to the room a highlight of our day. Excursions & Planning If you’re looking to explore Egypt, you’re in good hands. Mo (our Tui rep) and Emma in Guest Relations were absolute stars. They helped us organize a packed itinerary that ran perfectly: Cairo: A must-do for the history. Desert Safari: Thrilling and well-organized. Boat & Snorkeling Trip: The Red Sea is stunning, and the equipment/guidance provided was top-notch. Final Verdict If you want a resort where the staff genuinely care about your experience and every detail is handled with a personal touch, stay at ROBB. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!

We returned to this great holiday location for the third time on 30th of March. Right from the moment we entered the resort we knew we had made the right decision. The check in process was easy, and we were soon in our well-appointed room which had all the things we would need for our week's stay. Our housekeeper Hamdy kept our room (room 3235) immaculate throughout our stay, always ensuring everything was spotless and our room supplies were fully stocked. The restaurant choices were varied and always had delicious food to eat; we enjoyed every meal we had. Service throughout the hotel is first class with staff always on hand to help in any way they can. We spent most days by the Relax Pool and were well looked after by Gehad at the bar he is a bundle of energy always go and delivering drinks even before you think you want one. The Relax Pool is immaculately kept, always pristine. The pool guys work so hard to ensure things are first class. A massive thanks to Hassom who heads up the pool team. He is a great guy, very helpful and dedicated to his job. As mentioned, the staff of the hotel are so helpful, a particular word of thanks to Merna for sorting out our room extension check out time. In summary, a great place to stay with great staff, great food and drink and excellent facilities. Highly recommend.
